If you are researching in Kent County or live in the area and would like to interact with others with the same interest, consider becoming a member.  Membership is for the calendar year.

Full membership in the OGS is:

  • $60.00 per year to OGS – (this is a prerequisite)
  • $15.00 per year to the Kent Branch

Follow this link to join the Kent Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society!

OGS also offers a partial year membership for brand new members (this category is also available to those who have not been an OGS member for the past two years and would like to come back).  It is $35.00 and is available from June to the end of October. You are able to join OGS right away rather than waiting til November.   Individuals joining after October 31, 2013 will receive a 2014 Membership. Persons residing at the same address as an OGS Individual Member can join as a Family Member.  We have many members that live throughout Canada and the United States.

If an existing OGS Member brings in a new Individual Member, both the existing and new Members will get a $5 discount on the membership fee. Find out more and download the Discount Form.
