1851 Census
1861 Census
The branch has transcribed the 1861 census for Middlesex
County. This list contains all of the people enumerated
in the 1861 census. The list of names is included in
the Branch database. All booklets are now available for
purchase. See the Branch

1871 Census
1871 heads of households database of the 1871 census.
This was a project of OGS which listed all heads of
household in the 1871 census for all of Ontario. A
searchable database is online at Queens University,
Kingston Ontario, or at the Archives
of Canada.

An index of all the names on the Township maps in the 1878
Atlas has been compiled in our database.
