The late Florence Neff-Young bequeathed her treasured collection of family histories, notes, newspaper clipping and memorabilia to the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum with the Ontario Genealogical Society Niagara Peninsula Branch to have a copy.

Volunteers from both the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum and the OGS Niagara Peninsula Branch have spent hundreds of hours sorting alphabetically and by date the newspaper clippings of obituary and funeral announcements, which she collected from local newspapers, which have been place into binders.

The originals can be found at the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum with photo copies deposited in the OGS Niagara Peninsula Branch Library, in the Thorold Public Library. These clipping are being indexed and as each letter is completed they are being placed on the OGS Niagara Peninsula Branch website.
