TOMS, late of the Township of
Cartwright, Farmer Deceased
Pursuant to Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1897, Chap. 129, notice
is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate
of William
TOMS who died on or about the Twenty-first of October,
1903 are required on or before the Thirty-first day of July,
1904, to send by post prepaid or deliver to John
TOMS and Albert
TOMS of Shirley P.O. Ontario, their Christian and Surnames, addresses
and descriptions together with full particulars of their claims,
a statement of their account and the nature of the security,
if any, held by them; and further that after the last mentioned
date, the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of
the said Estate among the persons entitled thereto, having regard
only to the claims of which notice shall then have been given
and the Executors will not be liable for said assets or any part
thereof to any person of whose claim they shall not have had
notice,
