Notice to Creditors
Of Isaac TURNER late of The Township of Reach in the County of
Ontario
Pursuant to Section 56 Chapter 121 of the revised Statutes of
Ontario, Notice is hereby given that all creditors and others
having claims against the Estate of the above named Isaac
TURNER
who died on or about the sixteenth day of February 1917 are required
on or before the 31st day of July 1917, to send by post prepaid
or deliver to Frederick James
TURNER of Prince Albert Post Office,
Ontario, Administrator of the Estate of the deceased, their Christian
and Surnames, addresses and descriptions, together with full
particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and
the nature of the security, if any, held by them.
And notice is further given that after such last mentioned date,
the Administrator of the Estate will proceed to distribute the
assets of the said Estate among the persons entitled thereto,
having regard only to the claims of which notice shall, at the
time of distribution have been given; and the Administrator will
not be liable for said assets or any part thereof to any person
or persons of whose claim he shall not have had notice.
