Adeline KING, a resident of Wikwemikong, passed away at the Manitoulin Health Centre,
Little Current, on Saturday, December 14 2002 at the age of 87 years.
She was born in Wikwemikong, daughter of the late David and Jane
(ASSINEWE)
CORBIERE.
Part of her life was spent raising her family on the farm, then she worked in Oakville
for a period of time, before returning to Wikwemikong in the mid '50s.
She was a member of
AMIKOOK and the Catholic Church. She will be remembered by
her family as a kind and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She will be sadly missed, but many happy memories will be cherished.
Adeline was predeceased by her beloved husband David
KING in 1981.

Predeceased by brothers Adam, Ambrose and his wife Angeline, John and his wife Victoria and
James and his wife Mary. Friends called the Holy Cross Mission, on Sunday December 15 and Monday December 16.
The funeral mass was held at the Holy Cross Mission on Tuesday December 17, 2002
with Father Douglas
McCARTHY as celebrant. Interment in Buzwah Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home
