URA, Tsumoru -- Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Saturday, November 8, 2002, in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his wife Ayako, in 1977. Beloved father of Ruth SUMI (Chuck,) Marge TAMAGI (Tom,) and Dick (Ruth.) Dear grandfather of Jamie, Lisa (Dan), Jeffrey, Steve, Bryan, Carey (Shirley) and Darcy (Jennifer), and great-grandfather of Christine, Caitlyn and Olivia. Friends will be received at Taylor Funeral Home Newmarket Chapel, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, and 1: 30-3 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel 3 o'clock Thursday, November 14, 2002. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Momiji Health Care Centre (3555 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1M 3W4); Keswick Day Centre (43 The Queensway North, Keswick, Ontario L4P 3T8) or a charity of your choice.

Mary MANN (née PASISHNYK)
The family announces with sorrow Mary's death, Friday, February 1, 2002, at the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current. Daughter of the late Nick PASISHNYK and Lena PASISHNYK (née URI) of Garson. Wife of Lloyd MANN of Mindemoya. Loving mother of Deborah and husband Gordon BURDENUK of Mindemoya. Dear sister of the late Elsie CHYZ, Peter and Alex PASISHNYK. Sadly misses and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Lee and Conor BURDENUK. Mary was born and raised in Garson. Married Lloyd at the Saint Andrews United Church in Sudbury on October 20, 1951. They lived in Falconbridge and moved to their cottage on Lake Wahnapitae when Lloyd retired and spent their winters at their home in Florida. As Mary's illness progressed, they moved to Mindemoya to be closer to their daughter and family. Mary resided at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor for the past two years. Mary was able to celebrate her 50th anniversary at the Manor on October 20, 2001. Lloyd would like to thank all the staff at the Centennial Manor and Manitoulin Health Centre. Special thank you to the Victorian Order of Nurses and Homecare. Without their care Mary would not have been able to stay in her home for as long as she did. VAGG, Harold Edward -- Passed away quietly and peacefully on Sunday, December 22, 2002 at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Ruby Jean (URQUHART.) Predeceased by brothers Roy and Robert. Lovingly remembered by his children Harold (wife Betty), Jim (wife Judy), Gary (predeceased), Bill (wife Angela). Proud grandfather of Jeff, Kevin, Chris, Julie, Kim, Mark, Brian and great-grandfather of Spencer. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter ''Peel'' Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10, north of Queen Elizabeth Way), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
