CASSIN, Edwin Richard -- Peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 21, 2002, Edwin Richard CASSIN, Scarborough, formerly of Toronto Gore, in his 87th year, beloved husband of Ruby CASSIN. Dear brother of the late Charles CASSIN and Norine McGOLDRICK. Dear uncle of Dan CASSIN, Pat CASSIN, Edward McGOLDRICK, Marion McGOLDRICK and Terry McGOLDRICK. The family will receive their Friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. South, (Hwy. 50) Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 11873 The Gore Road, Brampton (Wildfield) on Monday morning, November 25 at 10 o'clock. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery. McGOUGAN, Rose -- Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Credit Valley Hospital at the age of 64 years. Beloved wife of Brian. Sister of Frances and her husband Bobby and Jack and his wife Lorraine. Sister-in-law of Catherine and her husband George. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten by her many nieces and nephews. Beloved friend of Velma ALMAS of Meaford and fondly remembered by her family. Loved father of Ruth and her husband Albert COSBURN of Newmarket; Mrs. Betty LEACH/LEECH/LEITCH of Brockville; and Earl GRAVES and his wife Marilyn of Keswick. Sadly missed 'Granddad' of Stephen (Mary) COSBURN; Shelley (Bryan) RENNIE; Eunice (Frank) McGOURAN and Cindy (David) BARR; Kerry (Sharon) LEACH/LEECH/LEITCH; Kim (Doug) HILL and Tara (Bill) HARDEN; Cheryl GRAVES (Chris.) Loving great-granddad of nine. Also survived by a brother Milton GRAVES and his wife Jean of Keswick. In loving memory of Vida Helena McGOVERN who passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at Manitoulin Health Centre at the age of 72 years.
Her children brought her joy: Bonnie (predeceased), Heather (husband Andrew EADIE predeceased) of Little Current, Judy PYNTER of Welland, Lee (husband Jack ASHLEY) of Little Current, and Meeka (husband Andrew WHITE/WHYTE) of Uxbridge.
To her delight ten grandchildren: Allan (predeceased), Scott, Bonnie, Susan, Lloyd, Laurie, Jennifer, Stephen, April and Amy. Proud great grandmother of Stacy, Allan, April, Lindsay and Benjamin. Vida was one of nine children born to Frank and Henrietta McGOVERN: Leota McIVOR, Blossom ALMES, Mary Ann CHILDERHOSE, Max McGOVERN. Predeceased by Grant, Morris, Delbert and Helen. At Vida's request there will be no services. Cremation. Arrangements in care of Island Funeral Home.
