The Funeral Mass was held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, Vanier Ontario
Saturday, February 16, 2002. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery.

Centre d'Accueil Champlain, Vanier, Longterm Care Residence, for the
loving care and compassion given to our dear father.

YAWORSKY of Sudbury. Predeceased by sisters Betty, Eleanor and
Lil and brothers Thomas, Albert and Roland. Devoted grandfather of Bryan, Diane,
Kevin, Patrick, Emily, Stephanie, and Nicole. Fondly remembered by many Friends,
relatives and loved ones.
Frederick BIRCHALL, 77 of Sudbury, born on November 6th, 1924, was the
son of the
late Thomas and Emily
BIRCHALL of Saint Thomas. He is a veteran of World War II
serving as a bombardier in a Lancaster in the 427 Lion Squadron. Fred was a member
of the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 76 for 56 years. He was a retired engineer
and worked at
INCO for 28 years at Frood, Garson and South mines. Fred has always been
active in golf, fishing and walking. He enjoyed playing bridge with Friends and
relatives and was a member of the Sudbury Bridge Club. He spent many wonderful
summers with family and Friends at the family cottage on Lake Manitou, south of
Little Current, Manitoulin Island, and many enjoyable winters in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St. The funeral service
will be held at the RJ Barnard Chapel, Wednesday May 22, 2002 at 11: 30 a.m.
Cremation to follow at the Parklawn Crematorium. A memorial service was held
on Tuesday under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76, Sudbury.
