It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron,
in his 74th year, on Monday, September 12th, 2005 after a long
battle with prostate cancer. Beloved husband and best friend
of Helga (AMMA) for the past 53 years. Beloved father of Carol
Anne STURUP (Svend) and Nancy Jane

Ron was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba and spent his working
career with Bailey Controls, H.G. Acres and Ontario Hydro. A
special thanks to the many health care professionals who contributed
to Ron's care during the past 8 years. Relatives and Friends
are invited to a memorial service at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home,
6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Thursday,
September 15th at 11: 00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would
appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
