ASKES,
Bertha
In Loving Memory of Bertha
ASKES, dear wife, mother, grandmother,
sister, and daughter who went home to be with our Heavenly Father
on December 27, 2004.
It has been about a year now
Since you went away.
And weve missed your presence dearly
In our lives each day.
Though youre not exactly with us
We really arent apart
The memory of your love lives on
In each of our hearts.
We see you in the faces
Of family thats still here.
And hear you in the voices
Of others that are dear.
We are happy for you, dear one
And were sending you our love
As youre singing with the Christmas choir
In your heavenly home above
So well have a Merry Christmas
And well wipe away the tears.
Because we know youre spending Christmas
