Perdue, Saskatchewan, August 18, 1914; died Saskatoon, August
12, 2005. Seventh of nine children, husband of Mildred, father
of William (Joan,) Dorothy (Dan DE
BRUIJN,) grandfather of Elizabeth
and Peter, Paul and Lara.
Educational leader (school principal, educational administration
professor, trustee, on board of many provincial and national
organizations), active church member, dedicated Liberal (M.L.A.),
negotiator and mediator, active Rotarian (president, club founder
district governor), Order of Canada 1981.
His deep interest in people and community touched many. Services
will be held on Saturday August 27th at 11: 00 a.m. at First Baptist
Church in Saskatoon. Saskatchewan. Donations in his memory may
