Lou"
Peacefully on Wednesday, May 4th, 2005, Mr. Louis (Lou)
MARZIALI,
shortly after celebrating his 84th birthday. Beloved husband
of Irene MARZIALI and devoted father to daughters, Rosanne

Lou to grand_sons
Jacob and Liam. Dear brother of Lillian
MARCACCIO and her husband

MARZIALI and his wife
Betty,
Volly
MARZIALI (deceased)
and his wife Lil. Lou's gentle spirit and great wit will be missed
by his brothers and sisters-in-law, his many nieces and nephews,
grandnieces and nephews, and by his close Friends.
Lou spent his childhood in Saint Marys, Ontario, where he enjoyed
riding in the sidecar of his father's motorbike. After serving
with the Canadian Armed Forces during World War 2, Lou returned
to his hometown and completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma
in Journalism from The University of Western Ontario. It was
there that he met Irene
FORREST, whom he married in 1959. Together
they settled in London, Ontario. Ever creative and inventive,
Lou built his own 38 ft. cabin cruiser, his own business
(ETL
Ltd.), and entertained guests with some lively accordion and
clever word play. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in
1985. Lou accepted his illness in the same manner he lived his
life; with dignity, faith and a sense of humour. Non Illegitamus
carborundum, English Lou? Friends will be received at the Westview
Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, (2 blocks North of
Oxford), on Friday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral
Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius X Parish, 777 Valetta Street,
on Saturday, May 7th, 2005 at 10: 00 a.m. Interment at Saint Mary's
Cemetery, Saint Marys, Ontario. Prayers will be held in the funeral
home on Friday at 700 p.m. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial
