MORIMOTO, Isae (née KOYANAGI)
It is with great sadness, that we announce that our beloved mother, Isae MORIMOTO (née KOYANAGI,) born on April 5, 1925, passed away peacefully at Toronto on January 3, 2005. She will be tremendously missed by by her children, Brian and Lynne; brothers Masuo (Kumiko) and Kitoshi (Kathy;) sisters-in-law Yaeko FURUYA, Jenny SEKO, Toshiko MORIMOTO; brother-in-law Harry MORIMOTO (Ruth;) and numerous nieces, nephews and all of their families. Isae was predeceased by her parents, Sojiro and Katsuyo; her husband Takeo; sister Masae TSUIDA; brothers Hiroshi and Hisashi (Fujiye TSUIDA;) sister-in-law Shizue TAKANO and brother-in-law Shigeru MORIMOTO. Friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street at Goulding south of Steeles) on Friday, January 7, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Toronto Buddhist Church (918 Bathurst Street) on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 2 o'clock. Private cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation, 30 The Queensway, Toronto, Ontario, M6R 1B5, 416-530-6704 (www.stjoe.on.ca), would be greatly appreciated. BARTKOWSKI, Irena (née FUKS)
Passed away peacefully in Toronto on Wednesday, August 31, 2005 in her 80th year. Born in Nowogrodek, Poland, Irena lead a life that took her from Poland to several places including Russia, Palestine, England, Australia and eventually to Canada. She had an inherent love of travel, and her adventurous spirit and warm nature earned her many Friendships worldwide that will always be treasured. Predeceased by her husband Jan Aleksander, and her brother Tadeusz. She is survived by her son Ryszard Jan and his wife Heather MacDONALD. Beloved " Babcia" of Sofia Rose, Lucy Quinn, Matthew Michener and Nathaniel John -- she will be dearly missed by all of them. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 with rozaniec (Polish prayers) held at 6: 30 p.m., followed by visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Casimir's Church, 156 Roncesvalles Avenue on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 9 a.m. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The response of well wishes has been tremendous. We thank everyone for their support. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Hospital for Sick Children or to the charity of your choice.

At Parkwood Hospital, London, on Monday, March 7, 2005, John Alexander FORTH of London in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Olga H. (SCHULZ) FORTH. Dear father of Steven J. FORTH and his wife Martha of London, Michael J. FORTH and his wife Linda of Kelowna, British Columbia and Renee S. FUKUMOTO and her husband Barry of Georgetown. Dear brother of Paul FORTH and his wife Pat of Guelph and Elizabeth HOWARD of Charlotte, North Carolina. Also loved by his grandchildren, Sarah, Zachary, Emily, Amanda, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Rebekkah, Jared, Adam and James. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the complete funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, March 10th at 2: 30 P.M. with Reverend Robert W.
