C.I.P. was an international public utility holding company in which he rose to be President and Director not only of it but also of several of its subsidiaries including the Monterey Railway, Light and Power Company, Mexico, Compania Alumbrado Electrico de San Salvador, Energia Electrica de Venezuela, and the Barbados Light and Power Company (of which he was chairman for 25 years, retiring at the age of 88 and continuing as an emeritus until his death).
A funeral service and interment will be held at 1: 30 p.m., Saturday, January 15 at St James' Church, 640 Main Road, Hudson Heights, Quebec followed by a reception for Friends and family in the church hall.
