Peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital, Wednesday, August 3rd, 2005,
after a six month illness due to cancer. Barbara was an elementary
school teacher with the Toronto District School Board (Scarborough)
for 30 years. Survived by her brother David

McAVOY (James,) her aunt Jean
HARRISON, 10 nieces and nephews, and her friend Timothy
FIELDING.
Barbara loved her family, her Friends, her career and travel.
She will be sadly missed by many. The family is grateful to the
Palliative Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital for their compassionate
care. Contributions, if desired, may be made to the Canadian
Cancer Society. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
