BROWN, Lee " Edith Leola" (née COLE)
Formerly of Southampton and Sauble Beach. Daughter of the late Edith and Secord COLE of Owen Sound, passed away peacefully in her sleep in Barrie, Ontario on Thursday, March 3, 2005. Lee was in her 80th year and is survived by her husband of 60 years (Bob) Robert W. BROWN of Innisfil Gardens Retirement Home, her daughters, Cathy (Keith) HAMPSHIRE of Lefroy, and Jan (David) KUBBINGA of Oshawa. Lee was a loving grandmother to Laurie (Danny) REGU, Christian (Megan) HAMPSHIRE, Laura HAMPSHIRE, Ashley and Robert KUBBINGA. She was also an adoring great-grandmother to Logan REGU. Mrs. BROWN was predeceased by her brothers Carmen, Bill and Bev COLE and granddaughter Meaghan KUBBINGA. At Mrs. BROWN's request, there was no visitation or funeral service. Donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children or the Canadian Cancer Society.

GEORGE, Kenneth Brent
It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Kenneth Brent GEORGE at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on March 20th, 2005 in his 87th year. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Evelyn (PENNINGTON) GEORGE. Very much loved father of Margaret and John EVOY, Ron and Fem GEORGE and Doris and Tibor KUBECZ. Ken will be forever loved and missed by his grandchildren Carol Ann, Sean and Krista EVOY, Susan and Mark GEORGE, Christopher KUBECZ.
Ken taught by example and leaves each of his children and grandchildren with many happy memories to share. Beloved brother of Jim (Kay) GEORGE of Welland. Brother-in-law of Ann and Bob DYMOND, Kay MURRAY and Al GOUGH and Melvin DOWDING. Ken is survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Doris DOWDING and brother-in-law Wilfred MURRAY. Friends and family will be received at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W. Strathroy on Tuesday, March 22nd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. with funeral service to follow on Wednesday, March 23rd at 2 p.m. with Reverend Larry AMIRO and Reverend Doug MILES officiating. Interment Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital would be gratefully appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Kenneth.

Passed away peacefully on October 12, 2005 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her beloved husband Walter and son Todge. Loving mother of Irene (Terry), Sophie, Walter (Linda), Christine, Richard (Lynn) and Mary (Jim). DUNLOP, Scott Jeffrey
Scott Jeffrey DUNLOP of Saint Thomas, on Sunday, April 24, 2005, at his late residence, in his 39th year. Scott was born in St. Thomas on November 16, 1966, the loved son of Jean (WEBBER) and Robert DUNLOP of Saint Thomas. Beloved husband of Louse (KUBINEC) DUNLOP and loved father of Rebecca Jean Margaret DUNLOP and dear step-father of Jacob Lazurus KUBINEC of Milton. Dear brother of Teresa DUNLOP of Saint Thomas. Sadly missed by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. A service to celebrate the life of Scott will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas on Wednesday at 1: 30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Remembrances may be made to the Lung Association or Holy Angels' Church Restoration Fund. Visitation Wednesday from 12: 30-1:30 p.m.

At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday, October 28, 2005. John Robertson MIDDLETON of Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Winnifred K. (née BALFOUR) MIDDLETON . Dear father of Pamela KUBIS and her husband John of Mississauga and Michele CANNING and her husband Howard of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Lindsay, Ryan and Joshua and survived by his many nieces and nephews in Scotland, United Kingdom. Predeceased by his two sisters and one brother. John was a Royal Air Force Veteran of World War 2 and served in Karachi for several years. In 1952, John came to Canada and worked on the Avro Arrow. A private family service was held at the Woodstock General Hospital Chapel with Pastor Keith BISHOP. Interment later in Dundee, Scotland. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, Woodstock, (519-539-0004). Many thanks to the Red Cross and Community Care Access Centre, Dr. Jeffrey NICHOLS and all the nurses on the second floor. Special thanks to Maria, Sherri and Darcey.
