year, after a stroke. Joan was the loving mother of Vicki (Tony)

Dear sister of Tommy (Bob)
ORD of Belleville. Joan was born Teresa
Joan HUNTER in Belleville, Ontario where she graduated in nursing
from Belleville General Hospital in 1951. Her family moved to
Port Credit in 1964 where Joan gained recognition for her golf,
curling and bridge acumen at Mississaugua Golf and Country Club.
Her greatest legacy is her four grandchildren who will miss her
constant nurturing and devotion. The family will receive Friends
at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview
Avenue, from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, September 8th. A Service of Remembrance
will be held in the chapel on Friday, September 9th at one o'clock.
Private interment at Belleville Cemetery. Friends who wish may
make donations to the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, 130 Spadina
Avenue, Suite #302, Toronto M5V 2L4 in memory of her son, Rick.
