BROOKS, Frank Davis
Frank Davis BROOKS, suddenly at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, in his 50th year. Beloved husband of Pam. Loving father of Jeffrey and Emma. Predeceased by his parents Gene and Marion BROOKS, late of Brantford. Dear brother of Anne (Ralph) KACHUR, John (Savitri) BROOKS, Claire (Don) ORGAN and brother-in-law of Debbie (John) BUTTON and Paul (Karen) DRIVER. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many Friends. Friends may call on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond, London where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 14 at 11: 00 a.m. by Reverend Dr. Frank MEADOWS. Interment to follow. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be grateful ly acknowledged.

Peacefully with his wife at his side on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at St. Joseph's Health Centre. Beloved husband of Frances and uncle to Mariola HOLOWCZAK and her husband Thomas and their children Adam and Anna; Bohdan PRYSZLAK and his wife Natalie and their children Emily, Roman and John; Michael PRYSZLAK and his wife Luba and their children Michael and Katherine; Julie SAWELENKO and her children Julie, Natalie, Roman and Christina, all of California. Brother-in-law to Maria PRYSZLAK. Hewill be sadly missed by all of his family here and in Poland. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Prayers 7 p.m. Friday. Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at St. Stanislaus Church, 12 Denison Avenue. Interment Saint John's Dixie Cemetery.

Peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 21st, 2005, in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Norman of Washago. Loving mother of Donna ROCKALL of Alliston, Lisa (Joe) YORKE of Scarborough, and Derek (Tracy) of Vancouver. Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Victoria, Adam, Emily, and Malcolm. Daughter of Marie McINERNEY of Orillia and Jack (predeceased.) Dear sister of Alice and Wayne KEMPSON (predeceased) of Brampton, Michael McINERNEY (Debbie) of Bolsover, Jackie ORGAN of Nova Scotia, and Colleen HOLLINGER of Lindsay. Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and many Friends.
