DI PUCCHIO, Luigi Antonio
God called Luigi peacefully on February 1, 2005 from the Credit Valley Hospital at the age of 42. He will be sadly missed by his loving mother and father Gina and Rocco DI PUCCHIO. He will be cherished by his dear daughter Sarah. He will always be remembered by his brother Alfredo (Daphne) and sister Lucia. Proud uncle of Mateo. He will be held dear in the hearts of his relatives, and many Friends. Family will receive Friends at the Fratelli Vescio Funeral Homes Ltd. (8101 Weston Rd., south of Langstaff Rd., 905-850-3332) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10: 00 a.m. from St. David Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at the Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St. north of Steeles Ave.). In lieu of flowers, the Di Pucchio family will accept donations to the Credit Valley Hospital.

RANTANEN, Paul Kenneth " Ken"
Ken passed away, surrounded by his family, at the Mount Sinai Hospital, on Tuesday, November 22, 2005, in his 41st year. He was the cherished husband of Sarah and devoted father of Amy, beloved son of Tauno and Arja, dear brother of Anita PUCCI (Franco,) uncle of Michael, son-in-law of Judith CONROY, brother-in-law of Stephen, James (Uyen), Andrew (Tracy), and uncle of Gavin and Nathan. Ken will be sadly missed by the many other family members and Friends who were part of his life. The family will receive Friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home "Shoemaker Chapel," 55 Mill Street East, Acton (1-877-421-9860, toll free), on Saturday, November 26th from 10: 30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Reverend Canon J. Mark TILLER at St. Alban-the-Martyr Anglican Church, 19 St. Alban's Drive, Acton, on Saturday, November 26th at one o'clock. The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Elizabeth, Dianne, Esther and Epiphany would like to sincerely thank our caring family, Friends, and neighbours for their kindness and support during the sad loss of our loving Husband, Father, and Poppa. A heartfelt thanks goes to Bob's brother Ted, his wife Gayle, and their son Ryan, for their never-ending dedication and support to the family. Special thanks and appreciation to those who gave beautiful flowers, generous donations to the Georgian Hospice, thoughtful cards, and kind messages of sympathy.
Many thanks go to Dr. FURTADO, Dr. LAKIN, and the kind nurses at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital for helping us with our sudden loss. Also, a special thank-you goes to the police and ambulance attendants who helped us in our time of need. The care and compassion of P.C. Paula MILNE will be forever remembered. We would like to thank all those who were able to attend the funeral service to recognize the life of a remarkable and greatly loved man. Special thanks to those who contributed to the ceremony: Reverend Julie MORDEN for her kind ministrations and comforting service, Walter BORTHWICK and Brian MacLEAN for their compassionate words, Dave ROZYCKI for his touching rendition of "Danny Boy," Susan WELLS, Brandi CLEMENT and Janel BASCOM for their inspiring verses, the talented musicians who provided the beautiful music during the ceremony. Guy PUCCINI and staff for their wondefful offering of food after the ceremony, and the staff of Country Life Resort and Park Place for their kind and helpful support in arranging the service. Finally, our sincere thanks goes to Shawn and Paula DAVIDSON and the staff of Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home for their professional, sensitive, and personal service that helped us through this difficult time. DRYLAND, Olivia Carol
Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family at Hillsdale Manor on Monday, August 1st, 2005 at the age of 76. Alumni of Toronto General Hospital nursing program and administrator of Kingston Road and Leisure World Nursing Homes. Olivia was predeceased by her loving husband William James (G.M. Oshawa). Incredible mother to daughter Judith DRYLAND- SHAPIRO and son William Robert (Bob) DRYLAND. Cherished Grandmother to Hanna and Esme. Special thanks to her loving caregiver Olita RAMOS, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Ollie is survived by sisters Helen BOSOVICH (Yorkton, Saskatchewan), Jeanette URECHKO (Kamsack, Saskatchewan), Lena HUDYE (Canora, Saskatchewan), Marion MAHYR (Toronto,) Anne STEWARD/STEWART/STUART (Beaverton) and Stella McDONALD (Ajax) and brother Paul KUZYK (St. Catharines) and predeceased by brother Joe PUCHALSKI (Courtland.) (World War 2 Veteran) Peacefully, with his family by his side on Monday, October 17th, 2005, at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Bud, in his 84th year, beloved husband of Minnie for the past 60 years. Loving father of Jim Frank and his wife Maureen. Loved grandfather 'Boo' of Jamie (Lisa), Kevin (Michelle), Leesa (David) and great-grandfather of Kori, Kyle, Chelsea, Kole, Alisa, Chloe and Jessica. Dear brother of Bill (Donna), Ruth HORE and Ethel DRAPER. Predeceased by his sister Margaret PUCKERING and by his brother Gord JAMES. Bud will be fondly remembered by Sheryl and Bill HAINES. Bud was a recipient of the Georgetown Hockey Heritage award in 1981 and will be remembered for his involvement with the Georgetown Hockey Heritage Council, Georgetown Minor Hockey Association and Georgetown Junior A Raiders. Suddenly at her home on May 11th, 2005, Mrs. Annie Doreen ANDREWS of London, in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Mr. Leslie ANDREWS. Loving mother of Linda and her husband Larry DEVINE and the late Bruce ANDREWS. Dear grandmother of Matthew, Breanne and Brittni. She will be sadly missed by her special friend Bill PUCKETT. Also survived by her brother John and his wife Ruby, sisters Janet and Catherine and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Jean and Elizabeth. Visitation in the Lloyd R. Needham Funeral Chapel (520 Dundas Street, London) on Saturday, May 14th, 2005 from 1-3pm. At Doreen's request, no funeral service will be conducted.
