Glen Evans, passed away peacefully in Chatham after a short illness
on Wednesday, February 9, 2005, in his 91st year. A native of
Chatham Township, he resided in Chatham-Kent all his life and
served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1939 to 1945 on the H.M.C.S.
Pictou. He is survived by his wife

Helen was a leader in volunteer service in Waterloo, Ontario
with the Canadian Red Cross, Victorian Order of Nurses and the
United Church of Canada. Helen and her husband Gordon and family
cottaged on the island on Gull Lake for more than 75 years.

On Wednesday, July 13, 2005, at age 66, Bruce passed away, surrounded
by his loving family and Friends, due to complications related
to cancer. Bruce will be terribly missed by his wife Ann Marie,
his partner in life and love, and by his children and sons-in-law

Darren. His grandchildren Lisa, Ashley, Jessica, Connor, Megan,
Stephanie, and Mikayla will miss his deep laugh and strong snuggles.
He also leaves behind many other family members and countless
Friends who will always remember his sense of humour, his enthusiasm
and his zest for life, such as his passion for golf, music and
cooking. Bruce started his career with Pepsi Cola Canada working
in Toronto and Winnipeg. His career with Pepsi Cola International
led him overseas to Japan, Egypt, Greece and Spain. He eventually
settled in Ottawa with Pepsi Cola Bottling Company and later
became president and part owner of East Can Beverages. In his
retirement, his sharp business sense led him to own and operate
several East Side Mario's restaurants in the Ottawa area. His
staff was like extended family and his passing will surely be
felt by all. Bruce, we will keep you in our hearts always and
you will never be far from our thoughts. Thank you for loving
us and being a part of our lives. Special thanks from the family
go out to the Intensive Care Unit and 5th Floor West doctors
and nurses of the Ottawa General Hospital for their outstanding
care and compassion. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel
