LAMBERT, Davidina " Diane" (October 3, 1922-April 5, 2005)
Passed away at Highbourne Lifecare Centre. Sadly missed by her son Michael, daughter Carole ROWE and her husband Len, her grandchildren David SKAFTASON and Diane TOUTLOFF, great grandchildren Olivia and Paul TOUTLOFF and her dear friend Grace DOWNIE. Many thanks to the staff at Highbourne for their cheerful care during her stay there. Cremation has taken place.

At London Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, Paul Joseph SKIKAVICH in his 86th year. Beloved husband of M. Alene (WATERS) SKIKAVICH. Dear father of Bernard SKIKAVICH (Judy) of Georgetown, Patrick SKIKAVICH (Dianne) of London, Vincent SKIKAVICH of Nobleton, Moira ADLAN (Ali), Gregory SKIKAVICH (Paula) of London and Mark SKIKAVICH (Roula) of Cambridge. Brother of Edward SKAKIE (Fannie) of California, Peter SKIKAVICH (Pauline) of White Rock, British Columbia, Mary THORP of Dundas and Bernice BRAMER (John) of California. Brother-in-law of Yolande of White Rock, British Columbia and Myrtle of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a sister Stella DEMETRICK and brothers Frank and Marion.
Although not famous to the world, Paul was a uniquely humble, caring and kind man whose love for his family was the most important part of his life; a gentle, thoughtful man, he never failed to remember even those unknown to him, with prayer. Visitors will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. Funeral Mass in St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Ave. on Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Reverend Callistus SSAINTUIS officiating. Private interment St. Anthony's Cemetery, Chatham. Prayers Friday at evening at 7: 30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Huntington Society, 151 Frederick Street, #400, Kitchener, Ontario N2H 2M2.

MURPHY, Marianne Isobel (née THIBAULT)
Peacefully in her sleep, after a short battle with cancer, at the Toronto East General Hospital, with her family by her side, on April 27, 2005, in her 66th year. Marianne, beloved wife and best friend of 50 years to Robert. Cherished mom of Robert (Chris), Kevin, Teresa and predeceased by daughter Catherine (1971). Special grandma of Robert, Amanda, Katlynn, William, Zoe and MacKenzie. Loving sister of Claudette (Richard) SKALA, Barbara (Robert) LEBLANC, Suzanne WHITE/WHYTE, Stephanie (Wayne) RAMSAY and predeceased by sister Maureen THIBAULT. Marianne will be fondly remembered by her many Friends at Fallingbrook Presbyterian Church and in Gogama, Ontario. Friends will be received at the Sherrin Funeral Home, 873 Kingston Road (west of Victoria Park Ave.), Toronto (416-698-2861) on Friday, April 29, 2005, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass celebrating Marianne's life will be held at St. Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church, 3152 Danforth Avenue, on Saturday at 11: 00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Reception to be held at Fallingbrook Presbyterian Church (31 Wood Glen Road at Kingston Road). Memorial donations in memory of Marianne and Catherine, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A man ahead of his time. Peacefully at the Wiarton Hospital on Sunday, September 25th, 2005. Harold MADILL of Lion's head in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Josephine (SKALIK) MADILL. Harold is also survived by nieces and nephews. Lovingly remembered by Bill and Jo McLEES of Lion's head and by his many Friends in the solar and environmental groups on the Bruce Peninsula. Predeceased by one sister, Betty HUTCHINSON/HUTCHISON, and one brother Ralph MADILL. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains in Eastnor Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Green Tags Ontario would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the George Funeral Home, Wiarton. Lovingly surrounded by family on December 14, 2005 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Russell for 56 years. Cherished mother of Mary SKARSTEN, Stephen (Dale), Sharon RANSON (Steve), and Ruth FERGUSON (John.) Dear Mama to Rachel, Ian, Jon, Tom, Russ, Maggie, Eric, Joshua, and Hilary. Sadly missed by brother Roger GLEASON (Audrey) and many cousins, nephews and nieces. Welcomed home by parents, Irwin and Ida GLEASON, sisters Dora HUTTON and Lois SAWYER and son-in-law, Stan SKARSTEN. Treasured by many Friends around the world. A woman of steadfast faith, Alice loved her family, was free-spirited, quick to forgive, fun-loving, and full of energy and caring for others. After teaching in a one-room school house near her farm home in Lakeside, Ontario, Alice attended Toronto Bible College and McMaster University, where she sang in a double trio. Alice was also gifted at playing piano, organ and accordion by ear. During World War 2 she pastored a three-point charge in the Maritimes. All this prepared her for years of sharing the gospel with her husband in India, Singapore, Manila, and New York. Visitation will be held at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding south of Steeles on Monday, December 19, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at 11: 00 a.m followed by reception and committal. Memorial donations to the Canadian Bible Society, Tyndale College or a mission agency, of your choice, would be appreciated. Jesus said, "I am now and forever the life that shatters death.
