Died peacefully on Friday, October 7th, 2005 at Royal Victoria
Hospital in Barrie in his 83rd year. Born in Cardiff, Wales,
Bob was the youngest of six children. Bob soon would move to
England and became a proud member of Her Majesty's Royal Air
Force with posts in North Africa and the Middle East. Not long
after, Bob met and married his wife of 48 years Patricia
SEWELL.
Bob was a terrific salesman and traveled all over England selling
confectionery to local pubs.
In 1958 Bob and Pat moved to Canada and settled for a short time
in Montreal. After knowing many Friends and earning a proven
track record in sales, Bob took a job at a uniform and regalia
firm in Toronto and he and Pat moved to Mississauga. It was in
1974 with his supportive wife and two small children that Bob
took on his greatest challenge. He launched Fisher's Regalia
& Uniform Accoutrements Co. Ltd. His expertise in the dress uniform
field and his insistence on "looking out for the little guy"
turned his little business venture into a million dollar business
by 1985. Traveling all across Canada, Bob built cherished relationships
with many of our country's firefighters, police officers, paramedics
and armed forces until his retirement in 1989. Bob was a very
learned individual with a keen interest in politics and a good
military history book.
Bob was very much loved and will be truly missed by his loving
wife Patricia,▼ his daughter Jillian and her husband Jeff

At East General Hospital on the eve of April 1st, 2005 after
a courageous battle with cancer, Roy passed away, at the age
of 75. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and will
be sadly missed. His passion for life was reflected in his love
of family; visits to the cottage; and fishing adventures with
many. Special thanks to his devoted friend of more than 65 years,
Bill BARNES. He supported Roy constantly during the journey through
cancer. Roy is also remembered by many whose life he touched
with kindness and generosity. The family thanks his dedicated
doctors and nurses, especially those at East General Hospital
Palliative
Care
Unit, and his personal physician Dr.

cremation has taken place. Family will receive visitors on Thursday,
April 7th between the hours of 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Pine
Hills Reception Centre, located at 625 Birchmount Rd., (Birchmount
north of St. Clair Ave. East). Service will be held on Friday,
April 8th at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow, both held at
Pine Hills. A family interment will take place at a later time.

She took great pride in her progressive
career with CBS and later on her years with the Bata Shoe Museum.
She enjoyed her many games of cards and getting away to the family
cottage in Gravenhurst. She always loved her visits home to Edinburgh,
Scotland and the Shetland Isles. A memorial service will be held
on Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. at the Gravenhurst
Knox Presbyterian Church, 315 Muskoka Road North. In lieu of
flowers, memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation or the
Royal National Lifeboat Institution (Aith District) would be
much appreciated.

Fred was born in Toronto on August 9, 1914 the
son of the late
Annie and Herbert
EATON.
Fred enlisted in the Elgin Regiment
in 1929, was commissioned in the Essex Scottish Regiment and
attached to the 3rd Infantry Division of the Canadian Army; retired
in 1965 as Major, Second in Command; retired owner of Eaton's
Bicycle Shop. He was a member of the American Federation of Musicians,
Local 633; Officers Mess of the Elgin Regiment; and Lord Elgin
Branch #41, Royal Canadian Legion. A public Memorial service
will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas,
on Saturday, March 5th at 3: 00 p.m. Visitation from 2 to 3 p.m.
Cremation has taken place. Remembrances may be made to Branch
41 of the Royal Canadian Legion.
