FORBES, Pearl Beatrice (née RICKWOOD)
Pearl Beatrice of Saint Thomas, on Saturday, June 25, 2005, peacefully with her family by her side at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 86th year. Loved mother of Barbara FORBES and Phyllis REEVES and her husband Jim, all of Saint Thomas. Dearly loved grandmother of Shelley REEVES and her partner Norm McGLAUGHLIN, Jason REEVES and Michelle and great-grandmother of Jessica REEVES. Predeceased by her husband Albert FORBES and her daughter Louise RICKWOOD and by brothers Don, James, Gord and Norm RICKWOOD and by sisters Edith WALLER, Laura BEST and Betty BROWN. Pearl was the last surviving member of the Rickwood's and will be greatly missed by a number of nieces and nephews and good Friends Connie and Brian, Maureen, Carol and Ron. Pearl was born in Bayham Township on April 2, 1920, the daughter of the late James and Theresa (NESBITT) RICKWOOD. She was retired from the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St, St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment to follow in Fingal Cemetery. Visitation Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the charity of choice.

Of Port Elgin, and formerly of Walkerton, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton, on Monday, March 21st, 2005, in his 92nd year. Survived by his children, Elizabeth and Jack O'HAGAN, of Walkerton, Thomas and Agnes, of Walkerton, Beverley and James HILBORN, of Cambridge, Anne KING, of Waterloo, Susan KING and Fred CREED, of Kitchener, Nancy and Al YAECK, of Oshawa, James and Donna, of Smithfield, Edward and Aya, of Ottawa; Joan and Vince VAN EMPEL, of Milton. Grandfather of eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and his sister, Rosanne FLETCHER, of Burlington. Tom will also be missed by Peter and Joan McCANNEL and family, of Port Elgin. Predeceased by his wife, Rita ANSTETT brothers, Frank and Owen; parents, William and Margaret (McGLYNN) KING and dear friend and companion, Edith MIDDLETON . Private family visitation and service will be held at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton. Peacefully at home with her family by her side, Bridget Mary "Bea" (née McGLYNN) on January 1, 2005, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON (1998.) Loving mother and mother-in-law of Edward (Joy) THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON, Gordon (Mikalene) THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON and Mary THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON, all of London and Jill (Al) RUTLEDGE of Kintore. Also loved and cherished by Phyllis COLE (THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON) of London. Sadly missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be missed by her longtime friend and sister-in-law Agnes WALTERS of Saint Thomas. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, longtime and newly acquainted Friends and neighbours. Bridget was born and raised in County Donegal, Ireland. She is predeceased by her parents Edward and Mary McGLYNN, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Sunday, December 4, 2005, Betty Louise (COLLEY) McMANUS of London, in her 78th year, went peacefully. Loving mother of Cathy BARKER, (late Edward) of London, Pat McGLYNN (Peter) of Mississauga, Rick McMANUS of London, Sheron McMANUS of Saint Thomas and Nancy KOENRAADS (Henk) of London. Loving grandmother to Robert, Charlene, Sandra, Scott, Kevin, Tara, Derrick, Nicole and her great-grandchildren. Dear sister to Geraldine LUSCOMBE of London, Jean DAVIS of Edmonton, the late Beatrice WILLIAMS of London and her only brother the late Wesley COLLEY of Petrolia. Betty will be dearly missed by us all. McGLYNN, Richard " Dick" Francis
Unexpectedly, at the London Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, December 27th, 2005, Richard "Dick" Francis McGLYNN of Tillsonburg at the age of 65 years. Richard ("Dick") was a forklift operator at Sivco, Ingersoll (for over 20 years) until a sudden and debilitating stroke. Born October 14, 1941, in Hamilton, son of the late Wm. "Bill" McGLYNN (born: WINGHAM) and the late former Jean SLATER (born: CULTUS.) Much loved husband and best friend of over 40 years of "Gerry" (Clary) McGLYNN. Much loved father and father-in-law of: Chris McGLYNN; Cindy and her husband Peter GRAY/GREY; and Casey McGLYNN, all of Toronto. Proud and loving grandfather of Marcus and Eric McGLYNN and Ruby GRAY/GREY. Survived by a sister Faye JACKSON of Brantford and two brothers Doug McGLYNN and his wife Bonnie and Joe McGLYNN, all of Tillsonburg and a sister Janine McGLYNN and Dennis WALTON of London. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Passed away peacefully, at Toronto East General Hospital, on November 24, 2005, in her 78th year. Predeceased by her father Peter, mother Margaret, brothers Jim, Jack and Peter. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Eileen BROWN and sisters-in-law Eileen and Shirley McGLYNN. Cherished aunt of Lynda (Jim,) Randy (Frances), Ron, the late Susan, Joanne (John), Paul (Lori), Melanie (Dennis), Tara (Jody), Tricia, Peter, and many great-nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly and fondly remembered by her family and Friends. Madeline retired from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce after an accomplished 49 year career.
