Born Febuary 1st, 1951, died November 29, 2005 at North York
General Hospital. At the young age of 54, he lost his battle
with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife, Ursula
PRUSA,
who took care of him in his darkest hours; his children, Dean
and Nicole
ZDARSKY; and his former wife, Milada
ZDARSKY. He is
also survived by his parents, Zdenek
ZDARSKY
Sr., and Jirina
and Karel HORAK, and his brother, Al
HORAK.
Services will be
held on Saturday, December 3rd with visitation from 2: 00 p.m.
until time of funeral services at 3: 00 p.m. at The Simple Alternative
Funeral Centre, 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto with a reception to
follow at a private residence.
