I'm still here, though you don't see me. I'm right by your side each night and day and within your heart I will always stay. My body is gone but I'm always near. My spirit is free, but I will never depart as long as you keep me alive in your heart. I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine and you'll see that the face in the moon is mine. I'm the salty tears that flow when you weep and the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep. I'm the smile you see on my grandchildren's face. Just look at me, I'm every place.

Husband Bill, daughters (sons-in-law) Catherine McCONECHY (Dave McCONECHY) and Janet HOLMES (Miles O'REILLY,) sisters Catherine GRANGER and Aileen SAPSFORD rejoice in the loving memories we carry in our hearts of this wonderful woman. Like Friends and extended family too numerous to count, we are for the moment sad that she is no longer with us to share our laughter, love and companionship. The grief will pass because she was so right in her certain belief that God never allows us to face a burden we cannot bear if we will just reach out to each other for help. Elizabeth passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 25, 2006 after a brief, valiant and dignified struggle with lung cancer. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 2, at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28th Avenue, South Surrey. WALLIS, Colin Ross " Bud"
On March 25th, 2006, in his 77th year, due to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, an illness with no known cause and no known cure. Colin was a born and bred Torontonian with undying loyalty to his city and his employer of over forty years, the late Moore Business Forms. He was a man who enjoyed a lifetime of good luck, who said if he had it to do all over again, there was not one single thing he would change. Colin leaves his wife Helen, Peterborough children Laura Kate (Patrick GRANLEESE,) Toronto, and Scott Cameron (Maggie BERG,) Kingston; beautiful bright granddaughters Rebecca and Emma, brother Jack, and numerous nieces and nephews; he was predeceased by his twin sister, Barbara, and his dear friend, John WARD. Bud abhorred funerals and cemeteries, and in a final, master stroke of procrastination, he willed his body to science in the hope that it will help in finding a cure for this strange disease that stalked him for the past two years. If you would like to share your memories of this happy man, and join in a possible memorial at a later date to raise a glass and bid him a fond farewell, please email hwallis@sympatico.ca.
