at 1: 00 p.m. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery. Special thanks
to the staff at Prince of Wales School, Emergency staff at Royal
Victoria Hospital, and the doctors and nurses at London's Pediatric
Cardiac Care Unit. Donations in Chase's memory to the Sick Children's
Foundation, Toronto, in support of Cardiology or the Pediatric
Critical Care Unit at London Victoria Hospital would be appreciated.
