REATH, Augusta " Gussie" (née CULBERT)
On Tuesday, February 7th, 2006 after a long battle with cancer, Augusta "Gussie" (CULBERT) REATH of London in her 56th year passed away peacefully at her residence. Beloved husband and best friend of Ken REATH. Dear mother of Teresa REATH; Lori EVETTS and her husband Aaron all of London. Dear sister of Mary WILLIAMSON Tom CULBERT and his wife Linda all of Exeter; Jim CULBERT and his wife Sue of Hague, Saskatchewan; Charlie CULBERT and his wife Vickie of Nile; Kate CEASAR and her husband Don of Lyons Head. Predeceased by her parents Olive and Cecil CULBERT and her brother-in-law Donald WILLIAMSON. " Gussie" will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and Friends. A special thanks to Dr. Michaele FLEMING/FLEMMING, the nurses of St. Elizabeth Health Care and the London Regional Cancer Clinic. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London at 11: 00 a.m. on Friday, February 10th, 2006. Cremation with interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the London Regional Cancer Program, 747 Baseline Road East, London, Ontario, N6C 2R6. 92 years, Monday, May 8, 2006 at the Meadowbrook Residence, Lively, with his loving family at his side. Husband of Gerda (ISRAELSON) FIELDING (predeceased 2000.) Father of Carman Jr. (wife Sandra) and Myrna (husband Ross CUDNEY,) both of Lively, Douglas (wife Gaye) of Sudbury, Barbara (husband Robert MAJER) of Lively, Karen (husband Ken SHAW) of Whitefish, Dan (wife Joanne) and Michael (wife Elise,) both of Lively, Kathy (husband Michael CULL) of Sudbury, Laurie of Hawaii, and Lynda BENNETT of Worthington. Cherished grandfather of 24 grandchildren Dean, Stacie, Kent and Shelli; Kimberly, Dana and Meredith; Sheldon, Tara and Sharilyn, Andrea and Nathan, Lori, Jennifer and Michelle; Shayne and Brent, Jonathan, Jason and Ryan, Jesse, Lauren and Jordan and Davina, 23 great-grandchildren Alexander, Gillian, Yasmin, Kenyan, Duncan, Olivia, Kendra and Darria; Parker, William, Fielding and Benjamin Graham, Grant, Kory, Kayleigh and Mykaila; Christine, Blake and Jack, McKenzie, Anton and Georgia. Dear son of George Parker and Agnes (CEASAR) FIELDING predeceased. Dear brother of Clifford, Cecil, Stanley, Garnet, Sidney, George and Frank FIELDING, and Amy MATSON all predeceased. Funeral Service in Saint_John the Divine Anglican Church, Copper Cliff Friday, May 12th, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment in the family plot at the Parklawn Cemetery. CEASER, Mary Ellen (GILBERT)
At the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound Thursday afternoon June 15, 2006. The former Mary GILBERT of Owen Sound formerly of Kitchener in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne CEASER. Loving mother of Larry and his wife Nancy of Allenford. Lovingly remembered by her three grandchildren; Joe, Edward and Charlotte. Dear sister of Hazel GILBERT and sister-in-law of Walter THOMPSETT both of Owen sound. Also survived by three nephews. Predeceased by a sister Elsie THOMPSETT and a brother Jack. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Downs and son Funeral Home Hepworth Monday morning at 11: 00 a.m. with Rev. Ralph SCHMIDT officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound. Memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
