STICKEL, Konrad
With his family by his side at London Health Science Centre-University Campus on Sunday, November 19, 2006. Konrad STICKEL of R.R.#1, Straffordville in his 76th year. Beloved husband of 51 years of Katie (RAKOSCHI) STICKEL. Dear father of Irene STICKEL- RUHLMAN and husband Philip of Kitchener and Bob STICKEL of Straffordville. Loving Opa of Tasha CONNELL, Ali STICKEL and Cassie STICKEL. Also survived by his step-mother Katharina HORETH, his mother-in-law Katie RAKOSCHI and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Katie DAHMER and his step-brother Imre KILDAU. Born in Mayaro Pusta, Hungary on September 27, 1931 son of the late Konrad and Katharina (EHL) STICKEL. He was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club. Konrad was a proud tobacco farmer for many years who brought his many talents to improve the farm's operations. We'll miss his contributions and opinions. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer (519) 773-8400 on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday at 8: 00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church, 175 Springbank Avenue, Woodstock on Wednesday November 22, 2006 at 1: p.m.. EHLERT, Gertrude Catharine " Trudy"
Passed away at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 in her 71st year. Loved mother of Devlin and his wife Dawna of Orangeville, Warren EHLERT and his wife Ramona of Richmond Hill. Cherished grandmother of Spencer NORRIS. Trudy will be sadly missed by her other relatives and Friends. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at the Dods and McNair Funeral Home and Chapel, 21 First Street, Orangeville, 519-941-1392, on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. The family will receive Friends 1 hour prior to service time.
