A Lifetime of Love, Devotion and Friendship Passed away in Kingston,
Ontario, in his 83rd year on March 9th, 2006. Formerly of Parry
Sound and born in Capreol, Ontario, dear
son of the late Einar
and Olive EINARSON of Rosseau, and loving husband of Eleanor
(TAILOR/TAYLOR)
EINARSON.
Much loved and admired father of Susan (Neil,)
Ruth (Bryne), Martha (Dave), Elizabeth (Roger), Margaret (David),
Sarah (Cliff), and Jeffrey (Julie), and very special grandfather
to thirteen grandchildren. Dawson enjoyed distinguished civilian
and military careers: ~ A medical graduate of Queen's University,
1952, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
of Canada, 1967, Anaesthetist at Kingston General Hospital, former
Queen's Medical School Admissions Officer, and recipient of the
Medical School teaching award in 1969, 1984, and 1985. ~ As a
World War 2 Veteran, he served with the First Canadian Parachute
Battalion, and received O.M.M. (Order of Military Merit) and
C.D. (Canadian Forces Decoration); He also received K.S.T.J.
(Knight of the Order of Saint John) and was the past Honourary
Colonel of The Princess of Wales' Own Regiment. Funeral service
to be held at St. George's Cathedral, (King Street East at Johnson
Street) Kingston, on Saturday, March 11th, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m.
with interment following service in the family plot at the Cataraqui
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions in memoriam to one
of the following would be appreciated by the family: St. George's
Cathedral, 270 King Street East, Kingston, K7L 4W5; Kingston
General Hospital Auxiliary, 76 Stuart Street, Kingston, K7L 2V7

Enid left us in her 92nd year, on September 19, 2006. Beloved
only child of the late Thomas William
JACKLIN and Sigrid
EINARSSON.
Predeceased by husband Russell
HASSARD, and their beloved daughter
Devon Lee MADDEN.
Forever cherished by daughter Shelley, and
granddaughters Ashley, Brooke and Page
MADDEN of Maryland, and
son-in-law, Robert W.
MADDEN.
Enid will be lovingly remembered
by family and Friends for her intelligence, kindness, sense of
humour and the quiet elegance with which she touched so many

celebrate the life Lois will be held in the chapel on Thursday,
