At London Health Sciences Centre University Campus on Wednesday, February 8, 2006, Caroline ERWIN, of R.R.#1 Putnam, in her 63rd year. Dear sister of George ERWIN and Grant ERWIN both of R.R.#1 Putnam and Frances HODGINS of Toronto. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Irno GRAVES and her sister-in-law Kay ERWIN. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Friday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. Marilyn MYHRE officiating. Peacefully with her family at her side, at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham on Saturday, October 14, 2006, Annie N. (née McKELLAR) POLE formerly of Alvinston in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Howard POLE (1979.) Dear mother of Shirley and her husband Murray McKERRALL of Dresden, Audrey and her husband Robert NEWELL of Rondeau Park, Robert POLE and his wife Elaine of Guelph. Loving grandmother of Doctor Michael and Erin NEWELL of Chatham, Melanie NEWELL and Greg ERWIN of Ottawa, Andrea POLE and her fiancé Darren, and Brent POLE of Guelph. Also loved by her great-grandchildren, Laura, Madeline, Grace and Lee NEWELL, Anise and Genevieve ERWIN. Dear sister-in-law of Gwen POLE. Predeceased by her 3 sisters, Bessie LITTLE, Florence McEACHREN and Mary CRAWFORD. Relatives and Friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 17 at 1: 30 p.m. Rev. ZITANI, Ida
After a long and courageous struggle with cancer Ida ZITANI died peacefully on December 6, 2006 at the age of 49 years. Beloved wife of Keith RODD, loving mother of daughters Erica, Sarah and Megan, daughter of Giovanna and the late Enzo, sister to Gabriella (Mauro) ZANCONATO, Cosimo ZITANI and Virginia ZITANI and aunt to Danielle, Robert, Brianne, Matthew and Lula. She will be missed by all. She will be remembered by her special friend Lorna ERWIN, and by Carla and Helen McCORMICK, who took a special place in Ida's heart after the death of their mother, and Ida's good friend, Sue. A memorial service will be held at the Carfrae Chapel, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Friday December 15 at 11: 00 a.m. Donations in Ida's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Saint_Joseph's Health Centre would be appreciated by the family, flowers gratefully declined. At St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre, Brantford on Sunday, January 1, 2006, in his 81st year, Sandy SANDERSON, dearly beloved husband of Virginia "Ginny" SANDERSON (née CAIRNS.) Loving father to three sons and their families Gordon (Irene), Dan (Jody), Douglas (Liz,) and four daughters and their families Jane (Ken) PRICE, Diane (Bryan) O'GORMAN, Celia (Marvin) WIRCH, Audrey SANDERSON and their mother, Marjorie SANDERSON. Much loved by Ginny's sons and their families, David (Jill) HAIGHT, Mark (Stacey) HAIGHT, Michael (Stacey) HAIGHT. Also left to mourn are three brothers and one sister in England and sister Eva (Joe) ERWIN of Burlington and their families. Predeceased by brothers Gordon, Ronald and Desmond, a son Vincent and two grand_sons Angus and Jess.
