GYULAY, Stephen "Steve" Paul (May 2, 1921-February 18, 2006)
World War II Veteran, retired employee of Liquor Control Board
of Ontario.
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a loving
husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle,
and great-uncle, at the age of 84. Steve leaves his loving wife
and constant support Lillian (Lil), his cherished daughters Christine
(John GUTT) and Elizabeth (Grant
WILSON,) and his much loved
grandchildren David, Nicholas and Krista. Survived by his sister
Louise BOLLA
(Imre,▼) sister-in-law Gertrud, brother-in-law Tony
and predeceased by his brother Leslie
GYULAY, and sisters Martha
WEISER
(Vince) and Eva
BERNHARD. Steve treasured his time with
his immediate and extended family in Canada and the United States.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 3 from 12 noon until
time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 p.m. at the R.S. Kane
Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles).
Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sick Kids Foundation

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Carefree Lodge,
at the age of 80. Devoted husband of M. Louise (née
GYULAY) for
54 years. Cherished father of Anthony and Margaret. Grandfather
of Michael, Andrea and Andrew. Predeceased by his parents Károly
and Katalin. Survived by his sister Gizi. He will be fondly remembered
by many family and Friends in Canada, Hungary and U.S.A. Friends
may visit at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at
Goulding, south of Steeles) on Friday, April 7 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary
Church (432 Sheppard Ave. E.). Interment to follow at Holy Cross
