Born March 7, 1930 Fort William, passed away peacefully at home
in Markham Sunday morning June 18, 2006 in her 77th year after
a courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of Grover (Babe)
married 53 years. Cherished mother of Gregory (Myrna), Jeffrey
and Kelly. Beloved sister of Dorothy. Predeceased by her beloved
parents Francis and Ethel, sisters Frances and June, brother
Alan. Adored by many nieces, nephews and other family in Canada,
the United States and Britain. York Region school secretary for
several years. Fondly remembered by many dear Friends and neighbours
across Canada, having been raised in Sioux Lookout, lived also
in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, Winnipeg and Edmonton and traveled
widely. Sadly missed and always remembered. Family and Friends
are invited to celebrate her life on Saturday, July 8 from 4: 00 p.m.
to 6: 00 p.m. at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street
