HOEKSEMA, John
Age 89 years, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at Bluewater Health -- C.E.E. Site, Petrolia. Beloved husband of Ida (née BOS) for almost 65 years (May 5.) Dear father of Maaike and Henry FROELICH of London, Rennie and Web BOERSMA of Wyoming, Hank and Betty HOEKSEMA of Watford, Jenny and Ron WAGENAAR of Grimsby, Rose and Steve BACK of London, Ella and Charlie LUECK of Alabama, Joanne and Ron MOORE of Wyoming and Ian and Julie HOEKSEMA of Bancroft. Dear grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Ralph and Jacoba BOS, Elly BOERSEMA and Jean HOEKSEMA- HOVING. Predeceased by brothers, Martin and Jan and sisters, Roelie and Janna. Fondly remembered by many Friends and relatives in Canada and Holland. Visitors will be received on Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel, Broadway Street, Wyoming. The funeral service will be held at the Wyoming Chrisitian Reformed Church, Confederation Line, Wyoming, on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 1: 00 p.m. Pastor Paul DROOGERS officiating. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation. MOSER, Margaret (née LUETKEHOELTER)
Margaret MOSER passed away at the age of 71 on Monday, November 6 in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Ted, cherished mother of Cindy, Mary Anne (Jay), Michael (Sandy), and Rob (Shannon). Adored grandmother of Ryon, Kira, Alexandra, Jacqueline, Talya, Grace, Jasper, Finn, Claire and Ross. Loving sister of Eleonore GOULD, Henry (deceased,) Lee, Dorothy ROBE, Kathy (deceased,) Fred LUKEN, Charlotte, and their spouses. Also fondly remembered by Mark ROGERS and Tim WESTBURY. Marg was a remarkable and beautiful person. We will miss her sense of humour, selfless energy and clear-eyed compassion. Special thanks for their loving support to her sister-in-law Jean MacNAUGHTON and good Friends Sharon King and Karola Michalsky. Thanks also to Doctor Sara and the doctors and staff at the Crowsnest Pass Hospital for their tremendous care. Those who wish to remember her in an informal gathering are invited to a celebration of her life on Saturday, November 18 at 2 p.m. at Crowsnest Mountain Resort. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or other charity of choice.
