HATCH, Henry Clifford (1916-2006)
Peacefully, at home in Toronto in his 91st year, Cliff, devoted and beloved husband of Joan FERRISS (2004.) Cherished father of Cliff (Sylvie,) Gail (Doug TODGHAM,) Mary and Rick (Patti.) Loving Grandfather of Diane (Chris NAUDIE), Aurelie (Doug BRYCE) and Clifford HATCH (Amanda DE SOUZA,) Anne and Paul TODGHAM, Beth and Michael STEPHENS and Johanna and Kristofer HATCH. Delighted Great-Grandpa to Charlotte and Harrison NAUDIE and Violet BRYCE. Dear brother-in-law to Gail FERRISS Sheard and Irene McLaughlin HATCH. At Cliff's request, a private funeral Mass has been held at St. Basil's Church, Toronto, with interment beside Joan in Saint Mary's churchyard, Walkerville (Windsor). A memorial service will be held at a later date. Admired and respected as a businessman, philanthropist, and community leader, his loss will be mourned by all who knew him. To honour Cliff's memory, the family would appreciate donations to The Greater Windsor Community Foundation, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Saint Michael's Hospital Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit (Toronto) or a charity of your choice.

Passed away peacefully, at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, on Thursday, April 13, 2006, after a short illness, in his 101st year. Born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Arnold later moved to Bath, New Brunswick and began his career as a longtime employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia. Predeceased by his wife Alexandria (1999). Survived by his daughter Sandra J. ROY, of Montreal, his nephew Richard WILSON, and nieces Mary UNGAR, Shirley TURNER and Wilda NAUGHER. Private family arrangements under the direction of Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel (416) 767-3153. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

On Wednesday September 13, 2006 at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital in his 62nd year. Dearly loved brother of Coral FUCHS and Ruth and her husband Henry GROVES all of Saint Thomas and the late infant sister Suzanne. Dear aunt of Julie and her husband Mike HARDMAN and their children Justine, Michaela of Saint Thomas, Corinna and her husband Rudy HEAN of Saint Thomas, Susanne and her husband Jamie PROULX and their children Chelsea and Megan of Windsor, Tina and her husband Ed NAUJOKAITES and their children Daniel, Alishia and Nicholas of Saint Thomas, Kevin and his wife Denise GROVES of Muirkirk. Sadly missed by a number of cousins. Ronald was born September 24, 1944 in Saint Thomas the son of the late Clarence and Evelyn (DAVIES) VOWELS and had worked for Therm-O-Disc. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Ronald's life will be held at the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Sunset Road, Saint Thomas, Saint Thomas on Saturday, September 23rd at 2: 00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas in charge of arrangements.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Russell in 2003. She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her daughter Sharon, son-in-law Jeffrey and grandchildren Laurel and Hannah NAULT of Perth.
