at Scarborough Grace Hospital on February 11, 2006, age 87. Predeceased
by her husband Dr. John D.L.

to Dr. GROSSMAN and the palliative nursing staff at Scarborough
Grace Hospital. A celebration of Janet's life will be held at
the University of Toronto Faculty Club, 41 Willcocks Street,
on Tuesday, February 28 from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please
direct donations in memory of Janet to the University College
Alumni Office, University of Toronto, 15 King's College Circle,
D-102, Toronto M5S 3H7. Donations will be folded into a newly
created Janet FitzGerald Endowment Fund that will support ongoing
alumni activities at University College. You may also direct
donations to the charity of your choice. A separate family interment
ceremony will be held in the spring in the churchyard of St.
Philip's Anglican Church in Etobicoke.
