Peacefully on December 12, 2006 at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, with her children and grandchildren at her side, Shirley Jane Salmon, beloved wife of 54 years of the late Eugene Leonard DOPP. Loving mother of Paul of Fergus, Mary-Anne Verge (Klaus RYBAK) of Summerland, British Columbia, Stephen (Bill EDWARDS) of Ottawa and Denver, Colorado, Jane (John EADIE) of Davis, California, Nora (Jim BOWLBY) of Milford, Gene (Karen PHILLIPS) of Orangeville, Christopher (Narry) of Collingwood and Laura (Brad SCHILD) of Wasaga Beach. Cherished Nana of 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Devoted sister of Tom and the late Louise SALMON, Toronto and Jack (Kathy) SALMON, Southampton and sister-in-law of Paul and Kathy DOPP, Beaconsfield, Quebec, Pat and Theresa WALSH, Ajax, Joe and Barbara STEIN, Brampton and Mary and the late Charles DERYAU, Gananoque. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Selena SALMON, brother Bill (Anne) SALMON and daughter Susan. The family will receive Friends at the Dods and McNair Funeral Home and Chapel, 21 First Street, Orangeville, Ontario (519-941-1392) on Thursday December 14th 2006 from 7: 00-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 3: 00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 16th, 2006 at 10: 00 a.m. from St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd. Orangeville. Interment and graveside service to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Wildfield, Ontario. Memorial donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity Dufferin-Caledon, 1425 Cataract Road, Caledon, Ontario L7K 1P2

CALVERT, Ivan Earl
Of Saint Thomas, on Sunday, January 1, 2006 at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Edna Mary (HANCOCK) CALVERT and dearly loved father of Gary and his wife Lori CALVERT and Wayne CALVERT and his wife Tammy SIMPSON, all of Saint Thomas and the late Danny CALVERT. Loved grandfather of Kristie and her husband Joe RYBARSKY and Gage MOYES and great grandfather of Alyssa and Madison RYBARSKY. Ivan was born in Brandon, Manitoba on April 18, 1918. He lived most of his life in Saint Thomas and worked for the C. and O. Railway. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment in Elmdale Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Elgin Association for Community Living.

He will be loved and remembered by his five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and son-in-law Tony CATOJO of Toronto. The family will receive Friends at the Fawcett Funeral Home, Flesherton on Saturday November 25 from 12 noon until the time of the service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions to the Lung Association would be gratefully appreciated.

Beloved husband of Maria (née LIWAGIN,) loving father of Lucy Josephine and her husband Harold BECKER. Predeceased by his sister Czeslawa SILKO (2005) and one brother. He is survived by nieces, nephews and other family members from the Rzeszow area in Poland. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Mass of Christian Burial in St. Hedwig's Catholic Church (411 Olive Ave.) on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Of Caressant Care Nursing Home, Saint Thomas, on Monday, November 20, 2006, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Joseph WOJNAROWICZ and the late Mike KROL. Dearly loved mother of Alezandra and her husband Otto SIEBENMORGEN of Port Stanley and Zdzislawa and her husband Jan RYBSKI of Saint Thomas. Loved grandmother of Peter and his wife Brenda RYBSKI and Barbara RYBSKI and Barb, Kristine and Casey SIEBENMORGEN. Dear great-grandmother of Eric, Julia and Ryan. Krystyna was born in Poland on September 15, 1918. She came to Canada in 1972 and worked at Thermodisc. She was a member of Holy Angels' Church and a member of the Polish Canadian Club. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas until Friday morning and then to Holy Angels' Church where Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 7: 00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Holy Angels' Church Restoration Fund.
