GREATHEAD, Louis Albert
Of R.R.#1 Desboro, passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 in his 84th year. Beloved father of Edward of Hamilton and Janet and her husband Joseph RYCKMAN of R.R.#1 Desboro. Loving grandfather to Joseph (Jennifer) RYCKMAN and great grandfather to Jessica and Jenelle RYCKMAN. Cherished brother of John and his wife Barbara of Grimsby, Mary and her husband Norm LETESTA of Dundas and Margaret BILLY of Toronto. Predeceased by his wife Thelma; brothers Ken, Gord, Cliff and Bill, sisters Rose and Joan, and his parents Louis and Rose (HERD) GREATHEAD. A Celebration of Louis's Life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

RYCKMAN, Norman Reginald
Of Saint Thomas on Sunday, May 7, 2006, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, in his 83rd year. Dearly loved husband of over 60 years of Gwendoline (PHILPOTT) RYCKMAN and loved father of Paul and his wife Sharon RYCKMAN of Edmonton, Sharon and her husband Larry COOK of Saint Thomas and Larry RYCKMAN and Rosemary HOLDEN of Saint Thomas. Dear brother of Olive (Al) BERNARD of London, Edith JACKLIN of Saint Thomas, Gladys (Harold) WHITE/WHYTE of Saint Thomas and Minnie TARGET of Washago. Predeceased by 3 brothers Cecil, Robert and Ernest and a sister Viola. Loved grandfather of Debbie (Darryl) REDDY, Denise (Dwayne) COTTEL, Nikole, Tony, Brett, Jaime, Danielle and Kelly RYCKMAN and great grandfather of Trentin and Brooke REDDY and Amber and Brayden COTTEL. Norm was born in Saint Thomas on September 4, 1923, the son of the late Ernest and Minnie (DEVINE) RYCKMAN. He lived here all his life. He was a retired Lieutenant at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre, with the Ministry of Correctional Services. He was a member of Talbot Lodge #546 Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons. Norm served overseas with the Regina Rifles during World War 2 and was a member of Branch 41 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Elmdale Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Peacefully at University Hospital surrounded by her family on Friday, July 7, 2006 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Albert BERNARDO for 46 years. Loving mother of Heather (Noel) Arseneault, Eugene (Deborah) BERNARDO, Terry (Al) BECHAUD, Nick (Judy) BERNARDO and their daughter Kaelyn. Cherished grandmother of Richard (Cheryl) DUIN, Douglas DUIN and companion Lana, Roy (Basia) LEBLANC, Cindy (Don) BILL, Brian (Heather) BERNARDO, Michelle (Kevin) BERNARDO- BELL and their families. Olive will be survived by three sisters. The family will receive Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. HOUSE, Wade
Peacefully at University Hospital on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 Wade HOUSE of London, age 48 passed away. Wade was a long time and respected manager of Facca Fasteners in Saint Thomas. He will be sadly missed by all those he has tirelessly helped with their fastener dilemmas over the years. Beloved husband of Crystal HONSINGER. Loving father of Taylor, Alden and Jessica. Dearly loved son of Linda HOUSE (Art CURRIE) and Don HOUSE, all of London. Loving brother of Glen HOUSE and Jana KAVANAGH and Roberta and Jack CASTROGIOVANNI. Dearly loved by his grandmother Kay WALLS, all of London. Wade was a special uncle of Brittany HOUSE, Jackie CASTROGIOVANNI, Dylan HOUSE, Robbie CASTROGIOVANNI and will be missed by many cousins, aunts and uncles. Fondly remembered by his close Friends Linda KOZAR, Brad CHAMBERLAIN, Dan and Dave PECKINGER and Bob FACCA. CHANDLER, Frederick " Fred"
After a brief illness, on Sat Feb 25, 2006 at Billings Court Manor in Burlington recently from Collingwood. Survived by his daughters Julia DUNN of Burlington, Ontario and Karen DOAN of Scottsdale, Arizona. his sister June CHURCH of Gravenhurst and granddaughters, Jennifer and Heather DUNN and Emily and Alex DOAN and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, George and Elsa BRANDS and sisters Irene RYCKMAN and Liz GANG. Formerly of Toronto, Fred worked at Sanyo Electronics for many years. Cremation will take place this week at The Simple Alternative in Toronto with a memorial service to follow in the spring. Thank you to Billings Court Manor and Joseph Brant Hospital for all their care. Thank you to Friends and neighbours for all their help and kind words at this time.
