Norm was born in Saint Thomas on September 4, 1923,
the son of the late Ernest and Minnie
(DEVINE)
RYCKMAN. He lived
here all his life. He was a retired Lieutenant at the Elgin-Middlesex
Detention Centre, with the Ministry of Correctional Services.
He was a member of Talbot Lodge #546 Ancient, Free and Accepted
Masons. Norm served overseas with the Regina Rifles during World
War 2 and was a member of Branch 41 of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where
funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11: 00 a.m. Interment
to follow in Elmdale Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and
7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
