CURRY, Mariko (née UYEDA)
Peacefully at Vistamere Retirement Home in Oakview, Ontario on May 5, 2006, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Winston. Loving aunt of David, Leslie and Michael UYEDA. Funeral services were held at the Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario (905) 842-2252 on Monday May 8th, 2006 at 3 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation.

DUNLOP, Mary Isabelle (née KRESS)
Much loved and loving wife of Bruce; mother of Margaret (Greg) WILKINSON, John (Sue), and David (Roxanne McWILLIAMS), grandmother of Stuart and Brianna WILKINSON and Erin and Katie DUNLOP; sister of Kathleen (Jim) LOWDEN, Nancy (Enzo) BRUNO, Edward (Paddy) KRESS, and Joanne (Joe) UYEDE. Mary passed away from a massive stroke on March 22, 2006. Mary was a life long contributor to her communities through the Toronto Young Women's Christian Association, Bloordale United Church and the Alpha Phi Fraternity in Toronto, Volunteer Calgary, Calgary Family Service Bureau, Calgary Samaritan Club, Calgary Meals on Wheels, and St. Andrew's United Church in Calgary. Service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, 924 Heritage Drive S.W., Calgary at 3: 00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2006. Donations in memory of Mary can be made to any of the agencies and churches which she served. A memorial service will be held in Toronto next week. The arrangements will be announced as soon as possible.

The Lord took our mother Antje (DEJOODE) VERBURG to her eternal rest on Saturday, May 6, 2006 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Johannes VERBURG (1989.) Dear companion and friend of Doeke BUFFINGA. Loving mother of Peta and John BRANDERHORST of Hensall, Janie and Martin WILTS of Londesborough, Koos and Rita VERBURG of R.R.#1 Auburn, Tony and Roely VERBURG of R.R.#1 Auburn, Wilma and John Hessels of R.R.#2 Goderich, , and John and Margaret VERBURG of Londesborough. Grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Cor BOS of Alberta, Adrianna UYL of Blyth, Freda UYL of Clinton, Jannie VANDEN DOOL, and Wim DEJOODE both of The Netherlands. Predeceased by infant grand_son (1966) and by nine sisters and brothers. Friends will be received at the Blyth Visitation Centre of the Falconer Funeral Homes, 407 Queen Street, Blyth on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Blyth Christian Reformed Church, Blyth, on Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Hope Chapel Cemetery, Hullett Twp. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation or Goderich Community Living would be greatly appreciated.
