James MORRISON in his 76th year.
son of the late Russel (1995)
and Anne ((
BEATTIE1961)) of Wardsville. Uncle Bill was raised
in Wardsville where he played Rural Hockey and then went on to
play with the Chatham Gold's Jr. league and then London Senior A
league. He enjoyed boxing and won many awards in his younger
years. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1954 and after that
he worked for his father's construction company, Morrison Movers,
a building moving company. He is predeceased by his brother,
Robert J. MORRISON (2004) and sister-in-law Viola (1999.) Survived
by his step-brother, Russel
PATON of Wardsville and step-sister,
Bonnie VOWEL of Dutton, niece, Marlene

Lorne and nephew Jack
MORRISON and family of Wardsville. A private
family service will be held at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes
Street, Glencoe on Thursday at 11 a.m. and interment with his family
at Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to New Care
Health Services (memorial tree garden) or Beattie Haven Retirement
Community. A memorial tree will be planted in the New Care forest
by his many Friends and staff there at a later date.

the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Sunset Road, Saint Thomas, Saint Thomas
on Saturday, September 23rd at 2: 00 p.m. Cremation has taken
place. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
