Dear father of Elizabeth and her husband Robert LAPP of Washington State, and Allan and his wife Marlene. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his grand_sons Gregory and Christopher. Survived by Elsie, his loving wife of 59 years, his brother Robert (Shirley) and his children Robert (Susan,) Kathryn (John KERSWILL) and Linda (Tim HERRON.) Very proud grandfather of Jason, Anna, Jeffrey, Sara, Matthew, Adam, Laura and Alexander. Matt's family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of the Critical Care Unit at North York General Hospital for their wonderful care. Dearly loved mother of Brenda McCLURE and her husband Leonard of Heathrow, Florida, and Roger GRAVELLE and his wife Elizabeth of Saint Thomas. Cherished grandmother of Craig WILLIAMS of Florida, Cindy HOLLINGSHEAD and her husband Peter of Aylmer, Sheldon GRAVELLE and his wife Sharyn of Oakville, and Brent GRAVELLE and his wife Raven of Oklahoma. Also survived by a number of great grandchildren. A brother, Wilbert A. "Bill" LANGS died in 1990. Born in Yarmouth Centre, Ontario, October 4, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert "Bert" and Zeda (GLOIN) LANGS. Mrs. McGUGAN was a retired employee of Gorman Rupp Ltd., Saint Thomas and a former employee of Timken Canada. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and interment will be made in the Saint Thomas Cemetery, West Avenue. Loving mother of Jack and wife Barbara of Calgary; Bill and wife Barbara of London; Maybelle and her husband Ian CROCKWELL of Bermuda; Dorothy and her husband Keith MacDONALD of Edmonton; Grant and (friend) Irene McCANN of Grand Bend and Don and his wife Gail of St. Malo, Manitoba. Loved and sadly missed by 36 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Also, dearly missed by daughter-in-law Edith (Keith) McCLINCHEY of Seaforth. Her lifelong enjoyment of music, drama, baseball, gardening and overseas travel were all peacefully terminated by cancer on May 24, 2006. Daughter of Doctor Robert McCLURE, C.C., and Mrs. Amy McCLURE. Predeceased by her eldest daughter Elizabeth EDDS (MASTERS.) Survived by her husband of 45 years John A. EDDS, F.C.A.; their three children Margaret TYMSTRA (Jan,) Suzanne EDDS (Jeffery RAWSTHORNE) and Rob EDDS (Barbara DICKIE;) and her siblings Douglas McCLURE, Norah BUSBY and Jo TAILOR/TAYLOR. Patricia graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Mack Training School for Nurses (St. Catharines) class of 1955. A private family service has taken place. She donated her body to medical research at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. In accordance with her wishes there will not be any visitation. The funeral service will be the appropriate (most likely in 2007) annual ecumenical interment service held in June by the University of Toronto at the Church of Saint_James-the-less (adjoining Saint_James' Cemetery and Crematorium, 635 Parliament Street, Toronto). Persons wishing to attend the service should contact a family member in May 2007. With family at her side, Joan passed away at Princess Margaret Hospital on February 3, 2006 in her 65th year. Loving wife of Bob for 44 years. Loving mother of Michael, and Michelle POSTERARO and her husband Luke. Loving grandmother of Kyle and Zackary. Sister of Richard LAMERONT and his wife Charlene. Sister-in-law of Wendy HAYNES and her husband Terry, and Susan JAMES and her husband Gary. Joan will be lovingly missed by her family and Friends. The family would like to thank all the kind doctors and nurses of 14B at Princess Margaret Hospital, as well as Dr. KAISER and the rest of the staff at Credit Valley Hospital for all their care during Joan's illness. Family and Friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel," 289 Main St. N., Brampton (905-451-1100) on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main St. South, Brampton on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 1 p.m. Interment Brampton Memorial Gardens. Passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Tuesday, March 28, 2006. Helen WILKIE of Innisfil and formerly of Oakville, in her 85th year, was the beloved wife of the late Bert WILKIE. Dear mother of Jean McDEVITT and her husband Robert of Scotland, Bert and his partner Jackie of England, Rita GLASS and her husband Rick of Innisfill and Jim and his wife Gena, also of England. Loving grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Rita KERR and her husband Jimmy of Brampton and her brother James McLUSKIE of Scotland.
