ELLAM, Wallace “Wally” Ralph
In Meaford on Wednesday, May 24, 2006. Wally ELLAM, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, a son of the late Ralph and May (McWILLIAM) ELLAM, in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife, the former Patricia “Pat“ GRAYDON. Loved father “Pop“ of May ELLAM of Los Angeles, California and predeceased by an infant daughter, Josephine. Also predeceased by his brother Douglas ELLAM of Meaford and remembered by his nieces and nephew Shawne BRYSON of Meaford, Warren ELLAM of Victoria, British Columbia, and Lauren ELLAM of Keswick and their families. Funeral and committal services, officiated by Reverend Gordon HUME, will be conducted at the Ferguson Funeral Home, 48 Boucher St. E., in Meaford on Friday, May 26 at 1: 30 p.m. and a private family disposition of Wally's cremated remains will be conducted at a later date. Wally's family will receive Friends at the funeral home from 12: 00 noon until the hour of service at 1: 30 p.m. As your expression of sympathy, donations to the Meaford General Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated.

Beloved husband of Jacqueline (McWILLIAM) LEACH/LEECH/LEITCH. Loving father of Carrie and Jeff WOODS of Dutton, Cathy and Ken McARTHUR of Comber, John of R.R.#1 Dutton. Beloved grandfather of Matthew, Jackson, Carter, McKenna. Dear brother-in-law of Helen and the late Cameron McWILLIAM of Clachan, Shirley and Bob WALKER of West Lorne, Joan and Richard VEENSTRA of Strathroy. Beloved uncle of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John and Jennie (KERR) LEACH/LEECH/LEITCH and an infant brother. Relatives and Friends will be received at the Arn Funeral Home, 193 Shackleton Street, Dutton on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 28 at 11 a.m. Interment in Cowal-McBride Cemetery. MacWILLIAM, Doctor John Carlyle, M.D., L.M.C.C., F.A.C.S.
Died peacefully at Highview Residence in London on Saturday, December 9, 2006, in his 93rd year. He was predeceased by his wife Doris (TRUAN) MacWILLIAM., his parents John and Sarah (McLACHLAN) MacWILLIAM and his brother Douglas MacWILLIAM. Surviving are two daughters Elizabeth of Kingston and Heather of London. Also fondly remembered by two sisters-in-law, nieces and their families. Dr. MacWILLIAM graduated from Western University School of Medicine in 1939 and practised in Chatham for over forty-five years. During that time, he was the Medical Director at Thamesview Lodge, Past President of the Kent County Medical Society, District Medical Officer for Canadian National Railway (Chatham area), as well as the Medical Doctor for the Kent County Jail. He will be remembered with a smile for his sense of humour, his love of medicine, his great compassion for his patients and his deep love for his family. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks for the exceptional kindness and care given by Doctor William PAYNE of London for the past four years and all the staff at Highview Residence. Friends will be received at the Bowman Funeral Home 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham (519-352-2390) for visitation on Wednesday, December 13 from 7-9 p.m. A private memorial service will be conducted on Thursday. Much loved and loving wife of Bruce; mother of Margaret (Greg) WILKINSON, John (Sue), and David (Roxanne McWILLIAMS), grandmother of Stuart and Brianna WILKINSON and Erin and Katie DUNLOP; sister of Kathleen (Jim) LOWDEN, Nancy (Enzo) BRUNO, Edward (Paddy) KRESS, and Joanne (Joe) UYEDE. Mary passed away from a massive stroke on March 22, 2006. Mary was a life long contributor to her communities through the Toronto Young Women's Christian Association, Bloordale United Church and the Alpha Phi Fraternity in Toronto, Volunteer Calgary, Calgary Family Service Bureau, Calgary Samaritan Club, Calgary Meals on Wheels, and St. Andrew's United Church in Calgary. Service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, 924 Heritage Drive S.W., Calgary at 3: 00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2006. Donations in memory of Mary can be made to any of the agencies and churches which she served. A memorial service will be held in Toronto next week. The arrangements will be announced as soon as possible.

DUNLOP, John Bruce (1932-2006)
John 'Bruce' DUNLOP passed away from a massive heart attack on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the age of 74 years. Bruce was predeceased by his best friend and wife, Mary; and brothers Don and Hugh. Much loved father of Margaret (Greg) WILKINSON, John (Sue) and David (Roxanne McWILLIAMS;) grandfather of Stuart and Brianna WILKINSON and Erin and Katie DUNLOP. Bruce was a tireless volunteer in the community supporting the Calgary Foundation, the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, the United Way of Calgary, The Salvation Army, the United Church Foundation, St. Andrews United Church in Calgary and Bloordale United Church in Toronto. Donations in memory of Bruce may be made to any of the above agencies and churches which he served. Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew's United Church (924 Heritage Drive S.W. in Calgary, Alberta) on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at 1: 30 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Rod Sykes and the Rev.
