YOUNG, Colin
It is with great sadness that we share the news of Colin's sudden death in his hometown of Golden, British Columbia, on July 1st, 2006, in his 33rd year as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He will be sadly missed by his wife Li Moy CHEN of Woodstock and his cherished children Noah and Camryn; loving parents Joan and Ted YOUNG all of Woodstock; dear brothers Warren (Anita) of Troy, Michigan and Christopher of Vancourver, B.C.. Survived by his twin nephews Jacob and Matthew. Son-in-law of Yao and Yu CHEN; brother-in-law of Fu CHEN, Lina CHEN and Lichu CHEN- YUNG. Colin was able to enjoy his love of the outdoors and mountains with a rewarding career in the ski and white water rafting industry. His wonderful smile, spirit, and love of life will be remembered. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, (519-539-0004). BROWN, Wilfred Thomas “Brownie&rdquo
Born July 16th, 1938 and sadly taken from us September 28th, 2006. He fought a long and courageous battle and passed peacefully with his family at his side. Forever loved by his wife Leona of 49 years, daughters Terry (Dan) PERRI, Tracey (Mark) McGARRIGLE, Tammy (Clifford) YUNGBLUT, Trudy (Spencer) FALCONER and his his son Bradley “Charlie” (Sue) BROWN. Devoted and dearly loved Papa to Chris and Mike PERRI, Ryan and Myranda WILSON, Billy and Katie McGARRIGLE, Shelley, Charlene, Shannon and Jimmy YUNGBLUT, Daniel and Joey BROWN, Tanya, Brianne and Nicole FARR, and Tommy FALCONER. He will be sadly missed by his best friend “Tuppy”. Loving son of Marion and the late Alfred BROWN of Allenford, Ontario. Dear brother of Gerald (Sheila) BROWN of Owen Sound and the late Ruth (Bev) SMITH of Hepworth. GRANT- STATTON, Cathy Anne
Peacefully surrounded by her loving Friends and family, Cathy Anne GRANT- STATTON passed way on Sunday, March 26th, 2006 at the London Health Sciences Centre-Victoria Hospital, after a 3 year courageous battle with cancer. Wife and soulmate of Mike STATTON of Mossley. Loving daughter of Ethel and Clayton GRANT of Leamington and sister of Sandra (Joe) FREITAS of Brights Grove. Special friend of Steve and Shelly BURRELL, Mark and Julie, Jason, Tammy and Alisha, and Tammy YUNGBLUT. Lovingly cared for by Maryanne STATTON and Jack YUNGBLUT. A special thank you to the oncology team Doctor John CURTIS, Doctor Kathy ELSWORTHY, Marge and Vicky. Cremation has taken place. Suddenly, as the result of a traffic accident on Saturday, June 3rd, 2006, Franklin Michael Alexander STATTON in his 43rd year. Devoted husband and soul mate of the late Cathy Anne GRANT- STATTON (March 26, 2006). Dearest son of Maryanne STATTON and companion Jack YUNGBLUT of London. Cherished grand_son of Alma LOSTELL. Sadly missed by his aunts and uncle, Frances and Gordon EAGLESON, Alexia GLADDY and the late Doctor P.V. GLADDY. Michael will be deeply missed by his cousins Erin, Peter, Geoffrey, Sarah, Jennifer and Rebecca, and step siblings Tammy Lyn, Dion and Peter. Special Friends in his life were Shelly and Steve, Mark and Julie, Jason, Tammy and Alicia. Predeceased by his father, December 2001. Cremation has taken place. Passed away suddenly and tragically on Sunday, January 29, 2006 in Singhampton at the age of 69. Isobel, considered the kindest, sweetest person by her loving husband Archie KAY. Dear mother of Robert and his fiancée Anh KAY and Linda KAY. Adored daughter of Isabella and the late Samuel RUSSELL. Treasured sister of Nan SAUNDERS and her late husband Jim, Moira and her husband Bob YUNGBLUT and sister-in-law Christine and her husband Jim GUNN.
