brothers Russell, Doug and Clarence. Ken worked for the old Department
of Highways for over 30 years. Friends will be received at The
Arn-Lockie Funeral Home, 45 Main St. W., Norwich on Sunday 2-4 and
7-9 p.m. Funeral service to celebrate Ken's life will be held
at the funeral home on Monday January 8, 2007 at 1: 30 p.m. with
