GOODWILL, Morgan James, California, CFA
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of Morgan James GOODWILL on Wednesday, October 10, 2007. Only 35 years of age, Morgan was the beloved husband and best friend of Kim (CARKNER) and proud Daddy of Connor and Ella. Cherished son of David and Angela GOODWILL, much loved brother of Alasdair (Helena) and Daniel (Lisa;) adored grand_son of Philip and Beryl SKEENS and the late Joseph and Isabel GOODWILL; as well as the dear son-in-law of Donald and Norma CARKNER. Morgan had a wonderful sense of fun and had an amazing talent for making those around him feel good about themselves. Professionally, he was a widely respected key member of the Corporate Real Estate team at BMO Financial Group. He will be dearly missed by many, many people. The family will receive Friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax) 905-428-8488 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday. Memorial service at Claremont United Church (5052 Old Brock Rd., Claremont) on Wednesday October 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund for Connor and Ella has been established with BMO Financial Group. SKELLY, Vlasta
Beloved mother of Andrei SULZENKO, generous and loving grandmother of Alexa and Ben SULZENKO, glorious mother-in-law of JoAnne SULZENKO, Tracy PATTERSON and Joseph SKELLY, Michael SKELLY, Sylvia BUXTON and their children, Sebastian and Jocelyn, and sister of Boris KERSTING. Died peacefully in Toronto at Perram House early on Sunday, November 25, 2007 after a struggle with cancer.
Vlasta was an astute consumer credit manager, an award-winning bridge player, a fine cook and baker, an avid reader of fiction and "The Economist", and a tennis aficionado. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph (Zefi) SKELLY, and by his sister, Zina PRISTER.
The family thanks Elizabeth TANASKOVIC, Tracy PATTERSON and Felix KREICHMAN for their Friendship and support. The family is grateful to Perram House and Toronto Western Hospital for their compassionate care. Donations in Vlasta's name to Perram House, 4 Wellesley Place, Toronto, M4Y 2K4, are welcome. At her request, there will be no service, and cremation will take place. A celebration of Vlasta's life will be held at a later date.
Vlasta was a beautiful, sweet woman, who made few demands on life, and whose petite shoes will be impossible to fill.

Died peacefully at home, as was her wish, on December 1, 2007. June lived in The Beach for over 50 years and had many family, neighbours, Friends, and colleagues there. Predeceased by her husband Harry. Proud mother of Ruth GERMANN and her husband John, Peter, and Paul. Loving Nana to Jennifer, Ella, Jamie, Jesse, Duncan and Colin. Sadly missed by Peni PATRICK and Louise. Sister to Bill (Gail) and Jim (Pat). Our deepest thanks to the Temmy Latner Palliative Team: Doctor Kevin BEZANSON, Nurses Ann DUFFY and Anne COLLINS. Your compassion knows no bounds. Our mother was larger than life, please remember her today if only for a moment. Friends will be received at the Sherrin Funeral Home, 873 Kingston Rd (West of Victoria Park) on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens. At Central Place in Owen Sound on December 13, 2007. Kathleen PRUDOM (née CURTIN.) Dear mother of Marie and her husband Gavin HALL of Sarnia, Joan and her husband David SKELTON of Owen Sound and James and his wife Rhonda of Waterloo. Sadly missed by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Milton Gilbert PRUDOM, and infant daughter Carol Elizabeth, one brother and one sister. A memorial service for Kathleen PRUDOM will be conducted at a later date. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia. Memorial donations to the G.B.R.H.C. Of Wiarton passed away at Gateway Haven Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Harriet and cherished father of Judy (Harold) IRVINE of Owen Sound, Geri (Gerry) BLACK of Nova Scotia, John (Linda) SKENE of Colpoy's Bay, Jackie SKENE of Owen Sound, Jim SKENE (Barry Crackle) of Owen Sound and Jill SKENE of Wiarton. Sadly missed by stepchildren Brenda LIHOU of Oliphant, Diana (Derek) POCOCK of Oliphant, Brian LIHOU of Wiarton and Paul (Lee-Anne) LIHOU of Parkhead, brother Earl SKENE of Wiarton, sisters Helen (Bob) PORTER of Lake Charles, Marjorie SMITH of Wiarton and Fairy (Gordon) BUCHANAN of Oliphant, 11 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Bud was predeceased by his first wife Wilma and his parents Lydia (HEPBURN) and Albert SKENE, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. At Bud's request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Interment Balsam Grove Cemetery, Oliphant. Arrangements entrusted to the George Funeral Home, Wiarton. PROSSER, Lorne
It is with great sadness that the family of Lorne PROSSER is announcing his passing, on Monday, June 11, 2007, at the age of eighty-four. He will be missed by his loving wife Phyliss, and his children, Eric (Kathy) of Calgary, Keith (Chris) of Sioux Lookout, and Janice (Bill SKENE) of Dryden. He is also sadly missed by his grandchildren, Eric L. PROSSER, Darlene PROSSER, Jeremy PROSSER, David SKENE, Elizabeth SKENE, and Sara PROSSER, as well as his great-grandchildren Jennifer PROSSER, Kirstin PROSSER, Sofia WEBBER, and Aidan PROSSER, and family Friends Heidi Harder and Smilja Milanovic. Lorne was born in Windsor, New Brunswick, on February 10, 1923. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force in World War 2. In 1943, he met and married the love of his life. Lorne and Phyliss shared 64 years of love and devotion. A long term resident of Montreal and Toronto, he worked for Maple Leaf Mills, The Globe and Mail, and Lake Simcoe Ice as an accountant. He retired from Lake Simcoe Ice as General Manager in 1984. Lorne was an avid bridge player and gardener, and was an active member of the church. He loved to read, especially the Globe and Mail reading it everyday for 50 years. He also enjoyed watching sports and he loved to see the Blue Jays win. Lorne and Phyliss moved to Dryden fourteen years ago to be near their family. He enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere of Dryden, and the chance to spend his last years surrounded by the love of his children and grand children. He will always be remembered for his kind and gentle nature. Lorne was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. A memorial service for Loren PROSSER will be held on Friday June 15 at 2: 00 p.m. in the Stevens Funeral Homes 'Moffat Chapel' with Pastor Doug WIGHTMAN officiating. Interment in the Dryden Cemetery will follow the service. If Friends so desire donations may be made to the Dryden Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Fund through the Stevens Funeral Homes 'Moffat Chapel' P.O. Box 412 Dryden, Ontario P8N 2Z1.
