of his family having been predeceased by his parents William

John was born in Zywiec, Poland
and came to Canada in 1956. He attended Del la Salle College
in Toronto, then attended University in Windsor where he received
his undergraduate degree. He then received his graduate degree
in plant pathology at the University of Toronto. John was then
employed in Elmira at Uniroyal Chemical where he continued his
research. In 1980 he started his own interest in natural garden
products. John's research led to many patents in the field of
natural garden products focusing on acid rain and dedicating
his life to the betterment of the natural environment. The family
will receive their Friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral
Home, Elmira on Wednesday (Today) from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avila R.C. Church,
Flamingo Drive, Elmira on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at 10: 30 a.m.
with Rev. Sudie
MacDONALD, C.R. officiating followed by interment
in St. Teresa's R.C. Cemetery, Elmira. Parish Prayers will be
offered at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m.

hospital pharmacy. He retired from Vancouver General Hospital
as Director of Pharmacy in 1986 and kept busy with his family
and his other passion, his computer. He spent the last 4 years
at Mountain View Extended Care. The family wishes to thank the
wonderful staff who helped ease his long struggle with Progressive
Supranuclear Palsy. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember

entertainment industry. An accomplished concert organist, she
performed, produced, and directed shows at the Royal Agricultural
Winter Fair, the Royal Horse Show, the National Home Show, Ontario
Place, and Yorkdale. Her involvement in the Church of the Ascension,
Don Mills, and
in Trinity Church, Aurora, was exceptional. As
wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, performer, church worker,
and friend, Dorothy touched the lives of many people. Her contribution
to the happiness of the world is a rich legacy. Visitations will
be held at the Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street
South, Newmarket, on Friday, December 28, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
