Dear mother of Dennis and his wife Stasia of Cambridge and Jill FERGUSON and her husband David of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Sean MacLEOD and his wife Jennifer of Kitchener, Samantha MacLEOD and her husband Robert SWIFT of Cambridge and Roddie FERGUSON of Toronto. Of Teeswater passed away in Teeswater on Wednesday, September 12th, 2007 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Diane McCLORY of Teeswater. Dear father of Dan COX and his wife Lynn of Paisley, Nancy MELLISH and her husband Tim of Hanover, Jennifer SWINDLEHURST and her husband Ken of Durham and Sara PRICE and her husband Rodney of Hanover. Remembered by Diane's family; Kim VOISIN and her husband Dan and Jeff McCLORY and his wife Paula all of Teeswater. Sadly missed by 16 grandchildren. Also survived by brothers; Norman COX and his wife Mary of Surrey, British Columbia, Jack COX and his wife Willie of Haliburton and by sister Yvonne HEAMAN of Parry Sound and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, brother Ian COX and brother-in-law Wayne HEAMAN. Visitation will be held at the MacKENZIE and McCreath Funeral Home, Teeswater on Friday from 7-9 p.m., with the funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, September 15th, 2007 at 3 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Beloved wife of the late George CARR (1964) and the late Ken PICKELL (1994.) Cherished mother of Phyllis SPEARIN and husband Bill, Anne SWINKELS and Mike CHANDLER, Bill CARR and wife Lynn and step-children Norma HAVES and husband Lewis, Bill PICKELL and wife Mary, Dorothy McLEOD and Brenda PEARSON and husband Leonard. Dear sister of Joyce NETHERCOTT and sister-in-law of Jean CARR, Robert LAMOND and Lewis PELTON. Proud grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 21. She will also be remembered by several nieces and nephews. He was the dear father of Megan (David SWINSON) of Uxbridge; Gwenyth; Evan (Betty,) all of Guelph, Bronwen (Quentin STRUB) of New York City; David (Corinne) of Calgary and Owen (Kim) of Cambridge. Ewart was the loved grandfather of eleven grandchildren. He was the dear brother of the late Elizabeth VERDERAMO. Survived by sisters, Mona MacFARLANE and Rose McINTYRE, niece Cindy McINTYRE (husband Jim GARNER), nephew Andy McINTYRE (wife Sharon SWITZER- McINTYRE), and great nieces and nephew.
