Marilyn worked at the University of Toronto in the Medical Sciences
Building, then embarked on a new career as a textile artist establishing
Birds of Paradise Lampshade Studio.

Inns, Tuesday July 15th, 1 to 5 p.m. 512 Jarvis Street. For further

Passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2008, surrounded by his loving
family at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, in his 79th year. Beloved
husband of Margaret. Greatly loved father of Christina (David)
and Robert. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces
and nephews. Born in Chatham, Ontario, Bob was predeceased by
his parents, Lt. Col. W. Ivan and Beatrice

Growing▼ up in Chatham, Bob was an
avid athlete, participating in track and field, football and
hockey and later, football in the Ontario Rugby Football Union
for the London Falcons. He served in the Kent Regiment (Reserve)
for three years and was a member of the Essex and Kent Scottish
Regiment Association. Enjoyed his time on the board of directors
of Fort York, with a keen interest in Canadian history and the
preservation of historic sites and buildings. Bob worked domestically
and internationally in the packaging industry for 55 years. A long-time
resident of the Kingsway in Toronto, he spent summers at the
family cottage in Oakwood Park (Grand Bend). Bob will be fondly
remembered by neighbours and by the many Friends he made throughout
his life. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel,
2357 Bloor St. W., (at Windermere, east of the Jane subway) Toronto,
on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be
held at All Saints Kingsway Anglican Church, 2850 Bloor St. W.,
Toronto, on Friday, April 25, 2008, at 1 p.m. If desired, donations

Avenue, London (across the street from Saint Paul's). In lieu of
flowers, a charitable donation to Foundation Western (The University
of Western Ontario, Westminster College, Suite 110, London, Ontario
