After a courageous battle at Victoria Hospital on April 16th, 2008, Miss Jean F. WHITELAW of London in her 89th year. Loving daughter of the late Archie and Jeanie WHITELAW. Dear sister of the late Emily BUCHANAN and the late Charles WHITELAW. She will be sadly missed by nieces Barbara MORROW of Brantford and Chris WHITELAW of London, and nephew Brian WHITELAW of Australia. Great aunt of David WHITE/WHYTE (Carole), Andrea (Keith BRADSHAW), Amy CORCORAN (Martin GRAHAM), Daizy LUX (Jonathan NAF) and Melissa CORCORAN. In keeping with Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service to celebrate her life will be held in the Lloyd R. Needham Funeral Chapel (520 Dundas Street, London) on Friday, April 18th, 2008 at 1: 00 p.m. with visitation for one hour prior to service time. Inurnment at Woodland Cemetery. In memory of Jean, contributions to the London Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.

Peacefully surrounded by her family at University Hospital on Friday, June 6, 2008 in her 50th year. Beloved wife of the late John MATTE. Dear mother of Andrea MATTE and her husband Marlon RICHARDS, and son Stephen MATTE. Loving grandmother of Zaria ULETT. Much loved daughter of Frank and Betty LUXFORD. Dear sister of Cheryl LUXFORD and James LUXFORD. Linda will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many Friends. A memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, June 10 at 2: 00 p.m. in the Chapel of Mount Hope, 21 Grosvenor Street at Richmond. Cremation with interment at a later date. BREEN, Allan Roy
Peacefully at Millennium Trail Manor in Niagara Falls, on Saturday, May 31st, 2008, in his 86th year. He was the son of the late Albert BREEN and Eliza Jane CHARLTON. A Merchant Navy Veteran, he later married and moved to Port Colborne from Owen Sound. Beloved husband of Laura ERICKSON, of St. Catharines. Cherished father of Patricia Anne McINTYRE and her husband, Rand, of Cambridge. Dear brother of Rita GOETZ, of Shallow Lake and Leonard BREEN, of Owen Sound. Loving step-father of Cathy LUXMORE, Carol ERICKSON and step-grandfather of Matthew. Predeceased by his first wife, Doris FLOOD, three brothers, Fred, Norman and Nelson and three sisters, Sally BEVAN, Vera BAWCUTT and Alma McBRIDE. Al will be sadly missed by both family members and Friends. A Memorial Service for Alan BREEN will take place in the Chapel of the Brian E. PIRIE, Mary Gibson (1947-2008)
At her residence on March 1, 2008. Mary, mother of Sophie, sister of Mag (LUXTON.) Daughter of Molly and Gib, dear friend of Betty AIKENHEAD. Aunt of Pirie, Sean and Mark. Mary was an accomplished actor and a formidable character. The world will be a less joyful place without her. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 5 at The Church of the Transfiguration, 111 Manor Road East at 12 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations to the World Wildlife Fund would be appreciated.
