In loving memory of David (Mosquito) Onezime AIABENS, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday June 20th, 2008, 80 years old.
(April 23, 1928 - June 20, 2008.) Beloved husband of Celina (BEBAMIKAWE) AIABENS. Loving son of Louis and Theresa (née TRUDEAU,) both predeceased. Loving father to Jean, Bruno, Bruce (Sandra), Bernice, Debbie (Theodore),

Will be sadly missed by 23 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and Friends. David worked for KVP, BROWN EB Eddy Company for over 35 years until he retired. He enjoyed many activities with his family such as gardening and being outdoors. He loved playing cards and board games, playing the guitar and singing. He had a great sense of humour and loved teasing his nieces, nephews and cousins as well as spending time with his dogs. Resting at Saint Ignatius Church, Buzwah. Funeral Mass in Holy Cross Mission, Wikwemikong, Ontario Monday June 23rd, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Wikwemikong Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home, Sudbury. Passed away February 14, 2008 at her residence in Nepean, Ontario. Loving wife of William BUTTERWORTH, Beloved sister of Helen (late Jack) LYNCH of Fingal. Sister-in-law of Barbara BUTTERWORTH of Scarborough, Robert and Joan BUTTERWORTH of Burlington. Dear Aunt of Len (Karen,) Larry, Bill (Sandra,) Brian, Sandy LYNCH and the late Sharon LYNCH- PHELAN, Steven (Vivian), David (Tara) and several great nieces and nephews and many cousins. Joan was born in Dunwich Township July 30, 1932. Daughter of the late Stewart and Edna (DAWDY) LINDENMAN. She was raised in Wallacetown attended Dutton High School. She graduated from Westervelt Business College, London. In 1957 she went to Ottawa where she was employed at Atomic Energy of Canada as executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer until retirement. Joan was an avid gardener, animal lover and wildlife enthusiast. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and active in performing arts. The memorial service will be held from Wallacetown United Church, Wallacetown Ontario. on Friday February 29, 2008 at 12 Noon. Reception to follow. Rev. Diane MacPHERSON officiating. BRADY, Frances Mary Geraldine "Gerry" (née O'BRIEN)
The beloved bride of 66 years of Charles (Charlie) Thomas BRADY passed away peacefully at Toronto in her 93rd year on January 21st, 2008. Gerry was born in 1915 in Dixie, Ontario. Predeceased by her loving son Patrick (Lynn). She will be forever missed by her children Brenda COSTELLO (Boone), Peter (Beth), Mary Ann, Margaret, Brigid (Stephen) and Timothy. Loving grandmother of Patrick BRADY and Martha BERNEY (Mark); Droughan, Darryl and Allison (Rob) COSTELLO; Ryan and Conor BRADY; and David and William HOUSE. Greatgrandmother of Jacob, Kaitlyn and Sarah BERNEY. Loving sister-in-law to Beverley O'BRIEN and Shelagh O'BRIEN. Gerry was predeceased by her parents Florence (MILEY) and Donel and by siblings Eileen (PHELAN), Miley, Charles, Brendan, Elizabeth (Betty McGOEY,) Laureen (WEILER,) Edward and George. She will undoubtedly miss the many updates from the O'BRIEN, McGoey, Weiler, Phelan and Taylor clans. Like ripples radiating outward on the waters of Lake Joseph, her heart and mind reached ever outward in curiosity, interest and love, making connections that she always remembered. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, January 24th at 11 a.m. at St. Anselm Church, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto, M4G 3H3. Gerry will rest at Mount Peace Cemetery, Dixie, which was founded by her father, Donel O'BRIEN. Gerry's life was enhanced and her spirit was lifted through the attentive care provided by her nephew Doctor Paul O'BRIEN. The family wishes to acknowledge the loving Friendship and care provided by Fatma FAEED over the past two years. PHELAN, Rev. Daniel L., S.J.
Quietly on Thursday, March 13, 2008 in his 61st year and his 43rd year as a Jesuit. Since becoming ill in late December 2005, Fr. PHELAN never regained consciousness and for the last number of years has been lovingly cared for at Providence Centre. For many years prior to his illness, Fr. PHELAN was a gifted spiritual director of the Jesuit staff at Loyola House in Guelph and at the Manresa Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre in Pickering. Most recently, he was a member of the Apostolic Team at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish as a spiritual guide and counselor. He is survived by his brothers Frank, Jim, Hugh, Martin, Andy and by his sisters Theresa and Mary Jo. He was predeceased by his parents Hugh and Mary, and his sister Ann. His life was a grace and blessing to all who knew him and he will be greatly missed by his many nephews and nieces, his Jesuit brothers, many Friends and by all who knew him in the faith community of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Friends may call at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home and Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street (south of Wellesley) from 2-9 p.m. on Sunday, March 16th. PATTERSON, Samuel Morse
(May 23, 1918-April 10, 2008)
Passed away in Toronto in his 90th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Shirley (JENNINGS) in 1993. He is survived by his four devoted sons and their wives: Bruce (Barbara HANNACH) of Toronto; Paul (Fran HALTER) of Montreal; David (Joanne WILSON) of Toronto and Michael (Pamela ROBINSON) of Vancouver. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Ashley, Jennifer, Mark, Torie, Andrew, Benjamin, Owen and Emily. Sam will also be sadly missed by his brother, Allan Bryson PATTERSON; sister-in-law Joy FULFORD; and his friend of many years, Gwen PHELAN. Born in Toronto, Sam was a University of Toronto graduate in Chemical Engineering (1941). His 45 year career with Alcan began in Arvida, Québec, and took him around the world. His life was his family, Friends and Alcan, and included many happy years in Mandeville, Jamaica, followed by Montreal. On retirement, he returned to Toronto. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2 o'clock. Visitation from 1-2 o'clock at St. Philip's Anglican Church, 31 St. Phillips Rd., Etobicoke. Interment at St. Philip's Churchyard. Blake is survived by his wife Marlene (HUFF) WARWICK; son Marty WARWICK and partner Joey JOHNSON daughters Susie RAYNER and her children Allan and Rebecca DIETRICH, Ann-Marie PHELPS and her children Katie and Colin, son Will and his wife Leeann WARWICK and their children Gabrielle and Sammy a brother Dick WARWICK and his late wife Norma, a sister Deanna KLAUKA and her late husband Fred.
